"My Husband and I along with some friends has a fabulous stay over the weekend of Butefest. Our room No54 was awesome and not a spec of dust anywhere!! Everywhere was so clean! We never had breakfast but it looked and smelled good!! The bar was closed when we stayed but we were told we were welcome to use the space in the evening when we returned from the festival. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely go back again."

"Great location by Lochranza bay. We stayed in a family room. It was basic but tidy. The kitchen was well-equipped. Compared to some English Youth Hostels, it was quiet and clean. Friendly staff. The wee-breakfast was simple (toast, cereal and yoghurt): convenient but not particularly worth the money. Lochranza is great for peace, quiet and beautiful scenery. There's nothing much else in the village apart from a pub and two cafes (and distillery). Bring your own food since the nearest grocery store is in Brodick."
