"After several years of staying in this property, I was unfortunately disappointed for various reasons: 1. As soon as we arrived there was an error on the reservation instead of two adults and a child they only saw two adults. In fact, the facility charged me for the child even though it appeared free on the trip website. 2. The reservation made for the Spa on the day of arrival was scheduled for the following day. (fortunately the Spa manager complied with the mix-up) 3. The bathroom had ants in the shower area. I don't give a star because I know the structure well and I hope it makes you think about what happened. Another person would surely have made a fuss. Obviously, before staying in this facility again, I will be careful to evaluate other nearby facilities. I have to thank Trip's assistant in particular because he assisted me until the end, something the hotel didn't do."

"Aside from two minor drawbacks, namely the very slow internet speed and the inconvenient fixed overhead shower in the bathroom, everything else about this hotel was satisfactory. It's close to the tourist attractions in Assisi, the room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly."

Very friendly staff and the room where breakfast is served is really beautiful and intimate. Overall I absolutely recommend it. Although there is no lift since it is a period building, the structure really deserves my compliments! Well done!"

"The staff are so friendly. Basically the vibe is chill and welcoming people from all over the world. You just chit chat with anybody there or you can also enjoy your own time. No AC in the summer but only fan , not sure how it feels in winter. Nice coffee and rooftop, with cold water refill 🫶🏻"

"I was there several years ago. I went back with my children and their friends. The hotel is in the middle of a holding of several hectares, almost all of them in the forest, which is wonderful to discover walking when the season is not too hot. The swimming pool is a wonderful location, breakfast and dinner at their restaurant (Armentum) are exceptional. It takes half an hour to get from Assisi to a isolated place on the hills of Subasio, but it is worth it."

"I had the luck of spending 4 days in this magnificent place. The owner Fabio and his partner Aline were very happy with us and were very ready, but he also affected us the kindness of his son Jacomo and his collaborator Monica. My five-month son has been very fun. The rooms were always clean and ordered and the breakfast was plenty of products made at home."

"We stayed one night in this lovely hotel in the historic center of Assisi. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast, served in a double room on the ground floor, is complete and very pleasant (I recommend the cakes!). Since Via di Santa Chiara is a bit noisy…I recommend the rooms overlooking Via di Sant’Agnese. We found a kind and helpful welcome, we will be back with great pleasure!!!"
