"We stayed in the Saltwater Gypsy (the two-bedroom unit) for three nights whilst touring Texas for the eclipse. Come Friday Cottages was the perfect location for a couple of days unwinding amongst our packed itinerary. It's also ideally located for a visit to Houston Space Center, which was on our bucket list to visit. The unit itself is really funky and quirky, and I loved that it had its own character. It was really good to have a separate Wifi per unit as well, which was ideal for us non-Americans who can't use the mobile networks. The cottage was clean and comfortable too and although I had my reservations about the bed being too soft, I managed three good nights of sleep! Angel, the maintenance man, was very friendly and welcoming and even offered to loan his fishing rods in case we fancied a go on the dock. The position on the bay was lovely and made for some relaxing and calming evenings. Overall it was much more fun than staying in a boring, non-descript white box and if I'm ever back in the area I wouldn't hesitate to book again."

"Come Friday Cottages were a great surprise. We were just looking for a place to stay near the restaurant where our family had a Christmas/graduation party planned. It certainly turned out to be one of the best parts of the weekend. Located right on the water with many common outdoor areas to hang out and enjoy the view. Our suite was comfortable and better than expected. I think the number one comment I want to make is the service we received from Renee there at Come Friday Cottages. She made sure from the first contact I had with her that whatever we needed she would make sure we had it. Most welcomed we have felt in a long time. Great place to stay and dogs are welcome!"
