The room is clean, simple but looks good. It has complete facilities such as a refrigerator, TV, work desk and wardrobe. The bed is soft and comfortable. In addition, the towels are arranged in the shape of small swans to make it more impressive. The location is considered good. It is not far from transportation sources such as the MRT Nonthaburi Civic Center Station and the Ministry of Public Health. It is very convenient to travel. The receptionist is polite and provides 24-hour service. There is free private parking and the Wi-Fi is fast and covers well.

The room was clean and quiet. I stayed on the 5th floor, which was convenient for getting around. It's close to the Thaimaa BTS station, a short walk away. There's a 7-Eleven nearby, and in the evenings, there are plenty of food options within walking distance. The room price was also reasonable.

Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. Check-in at the front desk was very efficient, and the staff were warm, polite, and quick to respond to any requests, offering thoughtful and meticulous service. The room was impeccably clean; the floors, bedding, and bathroom were spotless and odor-free, and toiletries were neatly arranged – hygiene was clearly a top priority. All the facilities were complete: the air conditioning, hot water, and internet worked perfectly. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was also good. The public areas were tidy and well-organized, and the location was convenient for getting around. It offers great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

My choice of this hotel was purely for convenience, as the event I was attending was held at the Richmond Stylish Hotel, which is located right next building. The room itself was well-equipped for a short stay of two nights. It included a bed (though I found it to be a bit firm), a comfortable sofa, a table, a refrigerator, and complimentary water. The location is a major plus. There is a 7-Eleven right nearby, and the metro station is easily accessible, making it simple to get around. I particularly appreciated how easy it was to travel to the airport independently from this location. Regarding comfort, the room was generally quiet, though I did notice a slight, non-disruptive noise from the air conditioner unit at night. The only significant drawback was the poor internet connection. This was a definite inconvenience and is something the hotel should address. Overall, for a short, two-night stay, especially if you need to be near the Richmond Stylish Hotel or the metro, this is a very practical and convenient option.

The palace was more like a small condo. Very dated and nothing flashy . However it had AC , fridge , tv , shower and modern toilet , security and cleaning service.  On the positive The location was close to 7/11 , temples , Big c shops , movies , international school and cosmetic hospitals only short walk or drive  One negative - no kettle  For the price I paid I think it was satisfactory .

Affordable price Clean room, quiet, comfortable sleep. Close to places to eat, easy to travel to, the staff are friendly and welcoming, well looked after and safe, but the entrance may be a bit difficult to see, but overall I'm very satisfied. If I have the opportunity, I'll go back and stay here again.

Excellent, clean, and smells great. Overall, it's really good! The room was clean with no musty smell, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the air conditioning was nice and cold. The staff provided good service and spoke politely. It's easy to get around and find food. It's perfect for a relaxing stay and great value for money. If I have the chance, I'll definitely come back again.

You get what you pay for. It’s In a nice location but no parking lot. You have to pay to park somewhere else. Have to call to get front person to come out and talk to you. But we have okay experience here. No complaints, with this price.

the hotel has to enter the alley,there is a large parking lot,the room rate includes breakfast is worth it,the facilities are complete,but the room is not soundproof.
