Anonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located. The villa is a two-story, stand-alone building with four rooms, two on the ground floor and two on the second floor. The downside is that the small living room on the first floor doesn't have air conditioning. It was incredibly hot midday and in the afternoon, so I had to retreat to an air-conditioned room or the small living room on the second floor (Figure 1), but the air conditioning wasn't very effective. For this type of hotel, you need to bring your own daily necessities like disposable slippers, toothbrushes, and towels, otherwise getting them from the hotel isn't easy. The entrance to our small stand-alone building is right outside a scenic spot (Figures 4-6). Figures 7-11 show the hotel's small restaurant, which offers beautiful sunset views.

The hotel itself is exuist, and the views and nature are simply breathtaking. Our room was spacious and well furnished with huge balcony. Spending evenings on the pool to observe sunset was very pleasant experience. Breakfasts are very tasty and each day you can find something special. The only thing is that once we checked in apart from the key to the room we haven't received any information about the facilities also even about the meals rules (breakfast even!) and we had to seek that info from the restaurant staff (not everyone speaks English). It is not hard to get to the hotel if you simply follow the instructions they've kindly sent us via WhatsApp.

che__ppppDuring the Turkey trip, we stayed in 4 hotels and the Livia Garden Hotel was the best. Hotel is cozy and clean. Then environment comfortable and warm. The staff are kind and helpful. They recommended a restaurant for me, “Mekan”. It’s great! Good price, vibe and foods. Erdem told me that I forgot to pick up my camera after I left. Great thanks , Erdem! Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The guesthouse has a fantastic location, overlooking Selçuk and offering views of the castle in the distance. Walking with luggage can be difficult, but driving is very convenient. The hotel is cozy, and the breakfast is healthy and delicious.

Guest UserVery nice hotel, authentic, clean. It is located in a quiet part of the town. There are ancient ruins within a couple of minutes' walk. Across the street (5 minutes walk) — noise, cafes and shops. The hosts were very hospitable. The breakfasts are plentiful and hearty. There are a couple of parking spaces near the hotel. The room is large and cozy, there are two large and comfortable beds, the air conditioners worked perfectly and saved us in the heat of 42 degrees Celsius. The bathroom is clean, there were no problems with hot water. Wi-Fi is very slow.

The holiday price is more serious. The hotel location is not very close to the ancient city of Ephesus. The 240 meters given on Trip.com is even more nonsense. According to this 240 meters, you can't reach the ancient city of Ephesus. You still need to take a long way to the station to take the minibus. I personally suggest that it is best to live directly in Izmir. In the morning, you can take the train or take the minibus to Ephesus in Izmir. In the evening, you can also take the minibus or train back. The minibus is very convenient to leave the water. Izmir has a standardized hotel like Marriott and Renaissance, which is much more comfortable than living here. In addition, the hotels in Selcuk are basically changed from their own houses. The religious color is relatively heavy. The living is a bit strange. The road is not very good. There are many uphill and downhill. There are many stone roads. It is particularly tired to walk. You can occasionally see a taxi on the road. It is very inconvenient for people with luggage.

The location is on the slope in front of the main road, the boss is friendly, and we gave us two postcards before leaving, wishing us a smooth trip. The top dining room and yard are beautifully furnished. Many rooms have swallow nests outside the door, and the environment is naturally fresh. The room is a bit small, you can settle down, I hope to put a kettle in the house in the future, convenient for tourists who need hot water, haha. The picture is for the bird to fly into the house.

The boss is a local, the room is very clean and tidy, the style is very special, the location is very good, very close to the surrounding restaurants and attractions. The boss is very nice, see that we have a lot of people and give us the spare room to live in so that we can have a better rest. The breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the black tea can be refilled, which is highly recommended.
