"A very good experience; the hotel is small and exquisite. The bed was very comfortable, especially the bedding. Cleanliness was excellent, and the breakfast was plentiful. The fruit was large and fresh. The boiled eggs were particularly thoughtful, with separate 10-minute and 3.5-minute options. It was a very convenient short walk to the old town. The only problem was that they called to check out right at 11 am. I helped my elderly relatives pack their luggage, but then I couldn't open my own room door."

But this can be overcome. Everything else is good, the name is a bit strange from the Chinese perspective, but it doesn't matter."

The hotel is located in the old town of Bruges, making it very convenient for getting around. Just a heads-up: the entrance is right on a cobblestone street, so I wouldn't recommend bringing very heavy luggage.
The hotel's common areas are quite stylish, but the rooms feel a bit dated.
Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and high-quality options.
The biggest downside was the extremely low shower pressure in the rooms on the first floor (second floor for Americans). It made showering quite uncomfortable and chilly. I've seen other reviews mention the shower pressure issue, so I'm not sure if it's a widespread problem or just in certain rooms.

Emad KHOJAMy stay at Crowne Plaza Bruges was excellent in every way. The hotel enjoys an outstanding location right in the heart of Bruges, just steps away from the city’s main squares and major attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot.
The service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, elegant, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bruges who is looking for a comfortable stay in a perfect central location.

Guest UserMy partner and I had one of the mansion suites on the 3rd floor. Although our room didn’t have a view it was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smelt divine.
The bed and pillows were super comfy.
Staff are friendly.
Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruit and fresh juices / smoothies. Customised omelettes were made.
The hotel itself is boutique, contemporary and in a good location to Brugge Train Station, buses and also all the main attractions. It is nestled down a quiet street but still close enough to main attractions.
You have waffles and fresh potato fries shops within a minute walk from the hotel, including a supermarket if you need anything.

Girard at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing with one of the best views of the canal we could have hoped for! Location was perfect. Highly recommended! Breakfast was very good and worth getting. Hard to find breakfast before 11 anywhere else.

Hotel Portinari in Bruges is a gem! The modern design is both stylish and inviting, creating a lovely atmosphere. My room was comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the city’s main attractions. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Bruges!

Guest UserLocation a 10-minute walk from the city. You can park in a garage about a 4-minute walk away. The staff is very friendly. Upon arrival, there was a box of chocolates, and upon departure, we received cookies. The room could have been cleaner; there were still hairs in the bathtub. Breakfast was fine but nothing special.

Friendly staff, lovely hotel, buffet breakfast was good value and convenient. Location was spot on and the family room was cosy, clean and had loads of space. Nuts from mini bar were cheaper than in the supermarket which we couldn’t believe. Only downside was the shower head wouldn’t stay in the holder so we had to hold it to shower which was a shame. Overall we would return if we came back to Bruges.

It is 10 minutes away from the train station and you can store your luggage for free; there is a relaxing public area with a variety of tableware and kitchen supplies, as well as free coffee and tea bags; it takes about 15 minutes to reach all attractions, and there are many other places nearby There are several supermarkets.
