The hotel has 109 rooms and suites, the interiors of which are inspired by the bionic environment, the equestrian traditions of the region and the subtleties of Chantilly lace . Many rooms have a view of the forest, and many have balconies or terraces. Unfortunately, there is a highway nearby, and the noise sometimes reaches the hotel. This disrupts the peaceful atmosphere. The chateau has two restaurants: L'Opera, located in the former music salon, and Le Stradivarius, which occupies the former library. The latter is quite small, and when there are many guests, it can become noisy. The restaurants offer dishes made with local ingredients, such as game, cheese from Picardy, and, of course, the famous ”à la Chantilly” cream. The cuisine is excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Perfect service, very enthusiastic and attentive staff, the location of the hotel is only a few tens of meters away from the Chantilly castle and the horses. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was great. The bar is also very good. Regarding breakfast, there are many choices, but maybe it lacks fresh pastries (the pastries provided don't seem to be the case).

The hotel near the airport was very bad the next morning. The price was high. I chose this place. The room was clean and tidy. There was a supermarket next to it. There was also an Asian buffet restaurant. The next morning, I drove half an hour to the airport. The price was right. Satisfied stay

Stayed for a night before morning flight from Beauvais airport. The hotel is located 30 meters from a bus stop to the airport, it takes only 10 minutes by bus to get to the airport, the schedule of the bus is arranged so you won’t miss your flight so location of the hotel is very convenient for those who will departure from the Beauvais airport. The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the breakfast could be better. Good point is that they serve breakfast in 3 different times so even if your departure is in early morning or later then standard breakfast time you won’t be hungry.
