"400 yuan a night! Although it is not expensive locally, it is a bit worse than in China. It is 400 yuan more luxurious in China! Place an order with both Tongcheng and Ctrip. Tongcheng can redeem coupons, which is cheaper! I want to complain about Ctrip here, it’s terrible! Poor service, poor problem solving! The air ticket costs 9,000, and after 7 hours it only costs 5,800. I want to refund the ticket and place a new order, but they won’t let me refund. The price difference is ridiculous. The price difference of 3,200 will be refunded to 2,000. Don’t buy air tickets on Ctrip, it’s a rip off!"
