Amazing
KKobe MokStayed for two nights in a row. The hotel management definitely needs improvement! I paid extra for an adult rollaway bed, but there were no extra sheets or blankets, not even a bath towel or toothbrush... However, the hotel has a lot of facilities, including three pools and a waterpark, which was practically empty and provided a fantastic experience. In the evenings, there were even shows at the restaurant! Overall, it was a good experience!

Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is nice, the room was big, we did switch room on second day for better view. The hotel was literally at 100% occupancy. The housekeeping was very efficient and so is the repair team. The location is very remote with not much around, so if you want to just relax, swim, and read a book, this is the perfect location. The hotel has a restaurant, a pool bar, a spa, a 24 hours gym, a pickle ball court, a large outdoor pool, and direct access to beach. On the positive side, the staff are so nice, very friendly, attend to your needs very efficiently. Honestly, I am super impressed that my room is always clean on time, there are always clean towels at the pool, this is extremely challenging for a fully booked hotel, which also was hosting a wedding and a conference during Valentine’s Day weekend and Chinese new years at the same time. On the negatives side, the carpet was dirty in both rooms, the AC was leaking and the toilet seat was broken, both were fixed right away. Because it is remote, we ate most of our meals in the hotel. The F&B program was not very well designed, options were limited for both breakfast and dinner buffet; after 3 days it feels a little like eating canteen food. Both my son and husband had salad on first day, while I only ate cooked food, so they were both pretty sick for the rest of the stay. Meanwhile, the operation team at the restaurant was clearly not ready for full occupancy, any order could easily take >45 mins and many local dishes were not available for days because lacking of LOCAL ingredients. They even ran out of ice cream at dinner, something that could have been stocked well in advance, unlike fresh vegetables. So any meal could take 1.5 - 2.0 hours. Again, the ataff was wonderful, they were doing everything they can to help. However, the management team really need to plan better for high season.

EEvgeniia_SilverWonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! Thank you!

GGuest UserSuper na-enjoy ko ang stay ko sa Hollywood Hotel Puerto Princesa! From check-in hanggang check-out, very accommodating and friendly ang staff. Ramdam ko talaga yung warm welcome at excellent customer service nila. 😊 Malinis at maayos ang room, very comfortable ang bed, and cozy pero classy ang ambiance ng hotel. Perfect for solo travelers like me who want peace and comfort. Highlight din ng stay ko ang experience sa Sir KC’s Bar and Restaurant. Masarap ang food, generous ang servings, at maganda ang presentation. The drinks were also great, and relaxing ang vibe—perfect for unwinding after a long day. 🍽️🍹 Convenient din ang location since malapit sa airport and other key areas in Puerto Princesa. Overall, sobrang worth it ang stay ko. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! 🌴✨

Ddel_vlWe stayed at this hotel in February. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Right across the road, there's a shopping mall with a large supermarket and plenty of cafes. The hotel isn't new, but it's clean. It has a decent air conditioner and hot water. There's also a pretty good pool on the property. However, if you book tours or transfers to El Nido through the reception, be aware that punctuality is a huge problem. They'll give you one time, but you might end up waiting three hours. It seems like they book things on the fly, even though I confirmed the times with them every day during my three-day stay. And after our excursion was delayed by THREE hours, I reconfirmed the El Nido transfer twice. Ultimately, on the day of our departure, at 9:40 AM, we were informed that our 9:30 AM bus wouldn't be coming and we'd have to wait until 11 AM, but it actually arrived at 11:40 AM. Because of this significant delay, our entire day was ruined! So, I absolutely do not recommend booking any transfers or excursions through this hotel! They tell you one thing, but in reality, you could waste a lot of time, especially if you have plans!

MMartin BosioIncreíble stay! Nice hot shower, beautiful pool to relax and have a drink. Really friendly and professional staff. Accesible from the airport, only downside would be that it’s a bit far from downtown but perfect for a peaceful stay. 100% recommend to buy tiny bread called “Cheeseepandesal” from the neighboring lady baker (has a caddy with oven, serves it hot🤤)

BBlade.around.the.worldUniversity /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

SSophia The ExplorerPros: -Very accommodating and polite staff -Clean rooms and common areas -Convenient paid airport pickup and drop-off (₱1,100 pickup via hotel van, ₱600 drop-off via taxi arranged by the hotel) -Well-maintained swimming pool (approx. 4 ft deep) -Lounge sunbeds by the pool overlooking both the pool and the beach -In-house restaurant and small bar available -Housekeeping is attentive and regularly checks if cleaning is needed -Comfortable bed; towels and linens smelled and felt clean -Beach towels available upon request at reception -Beach view is nice, though only accessible at high tide (around 6:00 PM) Cons: -Very isolated location; nothing to see or do outside the hotel -Free hotel shuttle to Robinsons Mall is helpful but limited to scheduled times -Breakfast is not worth purchasing if not included in the room First two days were buffet-style and okay Last two days were plated and disappointing (small portions, food served cold, long waiting time) -Air-conditioning in our room was a bit noisy, which was inconvenient since I was working -Limited activities within the hotel aside from the pool -Restaurant food and drinks are quite pricey; we relied on Grab deliveries most of the stay Suggestions for Improvement: Keep breakfast buffet-style permanently to improve food quality, temperature, and waiting time Improve coordination of breakfast orders Consider adding more in-house activities or more affordable dining options Final Thoughts: A clean and comfortable hotel with excellent staff, best for guests who plan to relax within the property. Improvements in breakfast service and minor facility upgrades would greatly enhance the overall experience.
