They even included a small cake with a candle for the in-room breakfast—such a thoughtful touch! The welcome sparkling wine and cake were also a delightful surprise. Their exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer service truly set them apart. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay!"

"A Wonderful Stay in Coimbra! I stayed at The Luggage for just one night, but it left such a wonderful impression that I would absolutely choose to stay here again without a second thought. The hotel itself is located in a beautiful, historic building that perfectly blends traditional charm with excellent interior design. The high ceilings and massive windows give the rooms an incredibly spacious and airy feel, making the stay feel extra special. Beyond the gorgeous architecture, the service was top-notch. The receptionist spoke excellent English, was extremely welcoming, and made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Overall, this hotel truly elevated my experience and left me with the best memories of Coimbra. Highly recommended!"
