"The hotel allowed an early check-in, which was very important to me as I had just gotten off a flight and my next one was in 6 hours. I managed to get some sleep during that time. The reception also arranged a taxi to the airport for me. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and all my requests were fulfilled. Thank you."
