"Очень хвалили этот отель и мы сюда решили заехать. Огорчил сервис. Пришлось просить дополнительные полотенца для второго гостя, хотя бронь была на двоих. Считаю это недопустимым. Так же при заселении не проговорили про время завтраков, хотя считаю это важным,информацию искали самостоятельно. Мы бронировали номер с 2 отдельными кроватями в итоге нам почему то заселили в номер с двухспальной. В номере не закрывалась дверь в туалет, не работал холодильник, а подушки просто отвратительные. Даже в отелях ниже категорией такого не предлагают гостям: комки ваты,спать ужасно неудобно. Уважаемое руководство отеля, обратите внимание, люди заселяются в отель именно для того чтобы выспаться, а не просто кинуть где то вещи. Ваши 4 звёзды ее соответствуют содержанию Полное разочарование, никому не рекомендую. Из плюсов, в номере чисто и вкусные завтраки, но это не спасло."

"Everything is great there. And the price is the lowest of this level of convenience. The only one, take a liquefied for guests how to behave in common places of residence. Hearing, like everywhere, is very good. And loud conversations of neighbors are disturbing. The sound of the trains I like not often. And the maid would better close your room on the floor while they communicate there. But it's as if you're sitting with them in the company, and you want to sleep in the morning. I choose this hotel for the second time, by the way."

"Встретили хорошо. Я останавливались на одну ночь. Окно выходит на привокзальную площадь. Кондиционер не включался, не сразу, но в течение часа починили. Одна маленькая бутылочка воды - можно и побольше. Номер малюсенький, но типа ”необходимое и достаточное”. Есть чайник, холодильник, сантехника в норме. В отеле на 8м этаже есть буфет - кормят хорошо. Завтраки замечательные. Рядом вокзал Рязань 2, есть магазины. Думаю остановиться здесь в следующий раз."
