"Hotel is located right on the main road, not too far from the walking street and sunrise beach. Interesting decor inside the room, but even more unique is the bathroom structure with the upper half having no walls and essentially being barricaded by bamboo. We only stayed 1 night with the room appropriate for the family, I think. In any case, depending on the season and the price, we might stay there again."

TTravel knowledgeOne of the best accommodations I’ve stayed in. Absolutely beautiful facilities and the staff were amazing and tentative. Rooms were always cleaned and the private pool was always cleaned. One and only down fall is the distance to walking street but the hotel can arrange taxi for you each time and they have one free taxi every evening at 6pm

GGuest UserWe liked Akira a lot! It’s super spacious and comfy rooms were really nice. The bathroom was also big and all in all super clean. We had a pool view apartment. Only thing in the room was the quite loud aircon. We tried to get it into a night mode, but it didn’t work. And without you cannot do it. So we slept with earplugs. The breakfast was the best we had on our Southeast Asia Tour. Of course the jam and stuff really sweet and 50/50 Asian food but nevertheless really nice. Sometimes the English of the staff was not perfect so there were some misunderstandings but all were really nice. They also brought us to the ferry with the car. We would recommend the hotel and also come back here!

Speaking of nature, the surrounding beauty of Koh Lipe is simply breathtaking. Pristine white sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and vibrant marine life make this island paradise a true haven for nature enthusiasts. Snorkeling and diving in the nearby coral reefs were unforgettable experiences, offering us a glimpse into a vibrant underwater world.

Although our vacation was filled with joy and memorable moments, I must mention the only downside we encountered. The lack of sufficient lighting outside at night posed a safety hazard, as my wife unfortunately tripped and hurt her ankle. However, it is worth noting that the resort staff responded swiftly and provided immediate assistance, ensuring she received the necessary care. While this incident was unfortunate, it did not overshadow the overall fantastic experience we had at Irene Resort.
In conclusion, our vacation at Irene Resort in Koh Lipe was an extraordinary experience. The impeccable service, delectable cuisine, and the island's natural beauty left us with lasting memories. The clean room and private bathroom had everything for a comfortable stay. 5 star comfort and service, fantastic location near the hustle and bustle of walking street and close to the beaches but tucked away far enough for a good night's sleep.
Beautiful Pinock, the warm and welcoming owner with her calm, peaceful demeanour, and her staff made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.
Thank you to all at the Nest. You know how to run a hostel (it is more like a hotel), and your hospitality and generosity speak volumes.

It's accommodation that truly gives you the feeling of being immersed in nature. The architecture is beautifully designed and harmonizes with the surroundings, creating a sense of peace and seclusion — truly fitting for the name ”Cast Away.”
The staff provide excellent service. It's safe for solo travelers, and I made some lovely new friends. However, it's not suitable for those who are sensitive to heat, as there is no air conditioning

AAlaosuoniThis is my second consecutive year staying at this hotel. Booking a sea view room this time made the experience even better. Our room was conveniently located to the right of the lawn, just a 30-meter walk from the restaurant, which offered direct sea views. The rooms here are incredibly spacious and comfortable; I'll definitely book a full week on my next visit! Breakfast was pretty good, with freshly made noodle soup that was very satisfying. During the off-season, they even offer a 10% dining discount voucher. We could bring our fresh catch back from fishing directly to the restaurant to be cooked for 300 Baht per kilogram. It's a decent price; even though it's 50 Baht more expensive than the walking street, I personally feel Benhard Restaurant offers a much better and cleaner environment.

The hotel also has a private beach with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. It really gave me the chance to fully rest and recharge.
If you’re looking for a place to stay in Lipe, I highly recommend this hotel. Totally worth it, genuinely impressed! Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay so memorable.

SShima OnnAbsolutely love this place. Clean rooms with ample space to run around/play ball right by the beach! Sunrise at your doorstep. Restaurant on the beach! With affordable prices and good taste. Quiet enough for peace and privacy. The sea breeze room is spacious with large comfy bed with seat to nap outside. The standard room is slightly smaller but has the same amenities - fridge, TV, clothes dryer line, hammock etc. 5 mins walk to main street for shops/ restaurants. Friendly staff all around. We also stayed at Anda and San Pita and Salisa goes top of the list.
Staff will wait to transfer from pier to hotel and return for free. It s not a fancy place by any means but has everything for a fun Lipe holiday.
