"My friend and I visited for a little weekend get away from home - and had an amazing time learning about the history of the Ringling family from the owners Julie and Stuart. They provided us with a tour of the house while giving us information about each room/family member. The food they served for breakfast was outstanding, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the architecture was beautiful inside and out. We would highly recommend visiting the Ringling House B&B - we will ABSOLUTELY be returning to visit/stay in some of the other rooms!"

Thunderbird Motor Inn

"Sheets were stained and obviously not clean. with hair from what appeared to be three different people. Fridge had a loud annoying noise when we plugged it in. Did start to get cold but was so annoying we unplugged it. Toilet seat slipped to the side when sat on. Toilet ran for about 15 seconds every 2-3 minutes the entire night. We had checked in and left for activities, not returning until very late or we would have asked to be moved to a different room. Around midnight, there was yelling and fighting outside our door for close to 15 minutes, sounded like a meth inspired fight and felt like a scene from a Cops episode and was just waiting to hear gun shots. At approximately 2 a.m. a loud party kicked into gear in one of the rooms next door. Miserable stay and couldn't wait to leave. Old guy at front desk was not friendly or welcoming at check in. Would not recommend to anyone. From the lack of upkeep looking at the rooms on the lower level, we were guessing there are people living there that couldn't afford anything better"

"Overall, the trip is all right. I guess the check-in process was delayed by almost 3 hours which really put a damper on things we were on our schedule. We just waited around the hotel lobby for a bit because our kids wanted to take a nap and did not feel like the waterpark. However, once we did get checked in the water parks were a fun time. Otherwise I really believe that Wyndham should honor their check-in times people run on a schedule and it should not be on the customer to rely on the inadequacies of their own preparation. Water parks are fun. There was a lot of walking. Overall, it would’ve been four if five stars if the check-in process was not delayed, we got the runaround with a couple Of employees and being told no time frame of when we could check in at all."
