"Arrived was getting luggage out. An employee who was leaving greeted us and asked if we had a digital key and what room we were staying in. I gave her the number, and she said there had been a flood and for us to drive further down and enter in door 5. We were grateful, but from our second floor room, there was no way to get to the lobby except to go outside and walk to the opposite end of the building. The hallway smelled really musty, and the baseboard was torn off. The elevator was extremely slow. The door to lobby on both floors said do not enter. The room was spacious, updated, and clean. The bathroom was updated, the shower glass door had soap scum, and the floor was not completely clean. If I had known about the flood and the musty smells, I wouldn't have made the reservation. Since there is not a coffee maker in these rooms, we did not really have access to lobby and coffee. Left very early."
