Denham Grove

Denham Grove

📍 Tilehouse Ln, Uxbridge, Denham
★★★★ 7.8 (126 reviews)

"We experienced high noise overnight; the noise came from another bedroom next to our bedroom, and the entire night, ******************************; we also were disrupted and couldn’t sleep well as that ******************************. The service and food were poor, and there was an elementary breakfast with cheap ingredients. The swimming pool floor is also slippery and unsafe. We do not recommend this hotel to stay again."

"Didn’t expect the poor service and large amount of charges for the car and penalties. Even the rooms didn’t feel a hotel at all. Never again."

"I would like to recognise Kul for the outstanding service she consistently provides. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made a real difference to my stay and created an excellent first impression of the hotel. Kul went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, always taking the time to help with any questions or requests. What stood out most was her genuine care for guests—nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and she handled every interaction with patience, kindness, and professionalism. She has a natural ability to make guests feel valued and comfortable, and her dedication to delivering exceptional customer service is clear in everything she does. Staff members like Kul are a huge asset to Premier Inn and play a significant role in creating such a positive guest experience. Thank you, Kul, for your hard work, friendly approach, and commitment to excellence. Your efforts do not go unnoticed, and you truly deserve recognition for the fantastic job you do every day."

📍 Bridge Rd, Maidenhead
★★★ 8.4 (115 reviews)

"Kettle was full of dust. No soap or handwash provided and when requested was not supplied. also dead flies all around dining area windows and chairs. Our room above dining area with bay window was constantly noisey with doors opening & shutting and items moved in and out. Even at front door corridor door constantly noisey with door opening/shutting leading to other rooms with other people entering and exiting to downstairs facilities and reception. Dining staff were pleasant and breakfast was nice."

Hunton Park Hotel

Hunton Park Hotel

📍 Essex Ln, Abbots Langley
★★★ 8.3 (133 reviews)

"We booked through trip . On arrival we were told that the room we booked was not available. The hotel also insisted on charging me again for the room. The confirmation showed a room for 3 adults.. the hotel had booked this room out to someone else. They did eventually give us a second room as I informed the receptionist who was very rude that an adult couldn’t sleep  on a z bed for two nights. We were attending a wedding they were also extremely unhelpful to the bride to be and told her her bridal suite would not be ready until the following day as they’ve booked a photo shoot in it. I would not recommend this hotel. The carpets are filthy and their customer services is very poor."

📍 Three Households, Chalfont Saint Giles
★★★ 7.5 (45 reviews)

"We stayed here overnight on the way to London. The pub is located in a nice area and is attractive to look at from outside. The room we had ( no 4 ) was very small and claustrophobic. It didn’t help that the walls were painted grey. We found the bed too soft but that was a personal taste though the lack was lukewarm when served. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful but I doubt we would return for another stay."

Crazy Bear Beaconsfield ★★★★★
"Had a lovely stay at the crazy bear hotel. The only negative thing I would say is the lighting was very low in the room with not many lights which caused a headache. They was also very limited plug sockets and the floor was a polished leather texture which causes it to be very slippery."

"To call this a Hotel is deceiving, it has no kitchen facilities, no tea/coffee facilities actually, it had no facilities. Our room was not serviced during our 2 night stay. Airconditioning ??? Not in our room. TV remote didn't work, Shower had no curtain so everything in bathroom got soaked - luckily we removed the toilet paper. The bathroom door leaked so all the floor outside got wet. The only value it had was the proximity to Heathrow Airport. Would not recommend this place to anyone...."

"Booked this hotel as it’s close to the Harry Potter Studio Tour in Leavesden UK (and a little bit of one of the Harry Potter films was filmed at the fountain in the gardens). It’s good reasonably priced accomdation if visiting the Studio Tour. The staff were helpful and the rooms we clean and well kept but a little on the small side Our only negative was the A/C cooling in the room as not sufficient even on a cool May Day the room was very warm to the point of being uncomfortable But overall a good stay with quiet and nice rooms. Would just be wary staying in the hot summer months"
