Very warm and nice service. We stayed 2 nights here. The staff can’t speak English but he still provided good service to us as possible. Because the weather at Beijing was quite cold. The staff provided us the heat bag to keep warm. 😊
Only one inconvenience was the taxi drop off location is not allowed if you book taxi remember select the front hotel(mercure hotel）pick up point.
Good location for qian men and hutong street walk Highly recommended!

Excellent service from everyone of them. They picked up our baggage once we reached their reception and sent us all the way to car. I want to say thank to 张雨。She guided us to buy breakfast online and made good coffee for us.

Nice loft hotel for a family of 4. It is one space, but having the parents bed upstairs and the 2 beds for the kids downstairs creates some privacy.
The hotel was clean enough, but not perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Best part of the hotel is the location! Walking distance from Tiananmen. Street noise is not too bad in the night, we slept well.

The room is clean, the environment is good, the front desk has abundant snacks, the brothers and sisters are warm and thoughtful, Beijing is a transit place, and I had a lot of clothes piled up from my previous travels. When I arrived at the hotel, they helped me wash them twice before they were done. It is 3 minutes away from Dashilan, and they also sent hot water when I left the store. Staying at Qiuguo is a warm memory of this trip.
