"Do not stay here!! It is UNCLEANLY to say the least!! This hotel is uncleanly and is currently undergoing renovations. We were not told that the hotel would be under construction when booking. We stayed here as a family with my 6.5 month old son and it was unsafe for him. The floors had hard compound all over them, outlet covers were missing from the hallway walls. The room itself had dirty linen and the sink was very dirty with built up scum. To add to the already bad situation they placed us in a room on a level that was booked by a hockey tournament of teenage boys. The hockey boys were screaming, slamming doors and playing hockey in the hallway past midnight despite several complaints made. The hockey boys then rode the elevators up and down and would purposefully close the door on me when I was trying to enter with my son in his stroller. I had to wait over 7 elevators (with my baby in his stroller) to make it down to the lobby to leave. I have reached out through this site for a refund and it has now been over two weeks since our stay with no resolution."

"This was an excellent place to stay. The room was cozy & clean and the bed was comfortable. No complaints at all. Breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. Coffee was great! One thing you need to do is visit the gazebo area with gas bonfire pit out in front of the hotel. Absolutely wonderful and was so nice meeting some new friends from Montreal who were staying for the Bills/Chiefs game on Sunday. If you need a great meal while in town, go to Laurie's restaurant, you won't be disappointed! Although I probably won't be back in Warsaw, NY, it was one of my favorite hotel stays in recent memory."

"Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel given some of the reviews. The room was clean and updated. It was equipped with a refrigerator and coffee pod machine. Bed was comfortable and there was lots of hot water to shower. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was provided. No water was provided in the room but there is a water dispenser in the lobby to refill a water bottle (they should mention this at check-in). All the staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. My only complaint about the room is that the shower could have more water pressure, but it was sufficient for a shower. They do seem to take guest comfort seriously as I overhead a conversation about a guest who had been asked to leave because they were disturbing other guests. The hotel is located on the east side of the airport and they provide shuttle service. There was some traffic noise but we were not disturbed by the planes. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel as well as several others within a 5 to 10 minute walk. I would happily book this hotel again."

"Basic and somewhat dated accommodations, but perfectly adequate and clean -- and for the price, it was perfect. There seemed to be only two or three staff (may ybe owners) who did everything, but upon contacting them (via phone per sign at the reception desk) they responded quickly and were very helpful. My assigned room was heavily perfumed by those godforsaken plug-in air fresheners, so I immediately returned to the front desk and requested another. The agent (Ricky) immediately set me up in another room down the hall that was odor free. It had everything needed for a quick overnight stay -- and a surprisingly super-comfortable, king bed! Disregard the "free breakfast" amenity -- there's really nothing there -- and plan on grabbing a bite elsewhere."

"We book the hotel almost every month but the stay is normally pleasant. This time the stay was a nightmare, bathroom faucet came in hand when opened and wouldn't close, the bed had stains, AC would turn of itself leaving the room super hot. I complained the staff early morning and they said they would send someone to check the AC and provide requested toiletries but no one came. We checked out as we were frustrated and when I complained again at the checkout, all I got was a sorry. The entire stay got ruined because of the room."
