"My mom and I stayed here for this past weekend in Bennington, VT. What a lovely place! This review is for both the restaurant and the Inn, itself. We were so lucky to have been upgraded to a beautiful King bedroom with a fireplace and cozy sitting area. The shower/bathroom was really spacious, with modern upgrades and very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable - both the mattress and the sheets/bedding/pillows. Breakfast was standard fare but with plenty of options including egg dishes, oatmeal, yogurt, and French toast, etc. The lounge area was comfortable and cozy, with a full bar open at 1pm. Nice selection of spirits including local whiskies/gin/vodka. Staff were very friendly. The restaurant for dinner...phenomenal. The place was packed so I recommend getting reservations. The wait staff were attentive and service was quick and friendly, but not rushed. We ended up each getting two appetizers for our respective dinners and shared a salad. The portions were generous, especially considering this was a fine dining experience. The chef also sent out a small appetizer (perhaps more of an amuse bouche? I'm not sure if this is standard here but it was great). They also sent out a palate cleanser. Prices are incredibly reasonable and this experience far exceeded any expectations! My only regret is that we did not save room for dessert. But, given the quality of the experience overall I know we'll be back."

"This is a motel located on the roadside. It is a bit noisy at night. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. It is basically self-service. The room is very spacious. The sound of the toilet is a bit scary. The breakfast is simple and filling."

"It's a decent hotel, and it's okay in this remote part of the mountain. The morning was good, the supply was long and plentiful. There is coffee in the lobby all day. The most surprising thing is that there is a large supermarket right next to it, where you can buy fruits, cooked food and vegetables in one stop. It is super convenient and a bonus!"

Starlight Inn

"Dog friendly place, extra fee of course. Place is outdated but rooms were clean. TV, microwave, and mini fridge in rooms were clean and in good condition. Heater/air conditioner seemed very new. Good part: it was easy to find. Bad part: mildew in tiled shower; bed was soft. Exercise area is at Lobby with two machines. There is small sitting area in Lobby also. Had Wifi, coffee maker, and place to hang or store luggage."
