"Booked well before check in time but unfortunately didn’t arrive to 11pm tired and ready to lay down. Just to be told upon check in that the room assigned to me is marked down as “dirty” and that he apologize. I was told I could not get a new room. However, morning staff said that a new room was more than possible. I told the guy I’m not even gonna step foot in the room. I will leave and come back so you can do what you need to since another room not possible. so come back at MIDNIGHT And still had to sit and wait for the guy to come to the room to pick up the previous sheets and pillow cases he left in the middle of the floor and stuff. And for the inconvenience I was given a can of Diet Coke (I do not drink soda) and a small bag of chips that I didn’t eat either. And the fridge did not work bc by morning it was warm. Never had that happen. And now going back n forth to see who will take some accountability but I had to get the run away between here and the hotel. I attached how the room was the first time I walked inside. That’s not a good feeling after paying hundreds hold on my credit card and being tired and all I wanted to do was sleep!!! But I’m not no toddler gonna give a snack lol as a sorry."
