I booked our stay on A discount site for 2 star hotel. The rooms were clean, hotel had a hot tub and pool, free breakfast, evening staff was friendly. Our room Was on ground floor. Im 100% satisfied. My price was awesome too. Thank you

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our family stays in hotels many times throughout the year because we love to travel and this was the worst experience we have ever had. The hotel itself is nice but the facility is being very poorly managed. We stayed for 4 days and after checking out 4 mysterious charges appeared on our credit card, totally almost $200. When I called to ask about the charges I was told our room was “trashed” and that the charges were extra cleaning fees. Minus some crumbs on the carpet our hotel was no different than we always leave it. I even loaded the dishwasher and cleaned off the countertops. They claimed they had photos of the “trashed” room so I repeatedly asked to see the photos. Nothing. We decided to email the regional manager of the hotel and received an email back stating that they had charged the wrong room and it was in fact the room next door that had been trashed. He stated that he would refund all charges along with an extra $50 for any inconvenience. Two weeks later and we have another $250 charge to our card and no refund. Thankfully we have email documentation of their mistake so our credit card company will be correcting the error, but travelers BEWARE. Do not stay here.

The room is fine. I think the breakfast needs work. I get that Covid affected this but others are cooking eggs, bacon etc…. The guest can’t touch anything. They are prepared and given to the guests. Yours needs work. I could not believe I had to pay for parking. The front staff ask me “did I plan on parking here”. I just drove up from TX booked three nights, where else would I park “. So I had to pay for parking. That is unacceptable! Then I was told to pull the bedding and towel and place outside the room. And out the trash outside the room. You might want to give people a normal trash bag to hold to the trash. I had to get one from a family member. Otherwise trash would have been on the floor. If I’m pulling bedding and emptying trash, I’d like to be paid. This is my vacation not a working vacation. You e got a nice hotel but this is not working for me.

This was one of my favorite places I’ve stayed. So clean and everything was so nice. Nice, quiet ‘roomy’ rooms. A great variety of items for breakfast.

Good facilities and service. There is no hot water and ice water for breakfast.

I would like to make everyone aware of the experience I endured at Comfort Suites Hotel in Longmont/Firestone. I booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. My rates were $89 and $99 per night. The total on my reservation was $845 and change. When we checked in, the rooms were being billed at a much higher rate. The elevator was broken and our rooms were on the third floor. I am disabled and unable to climb stairs. The hot tub was broken. The guest laundry machines were broken. Comfort Suites overcharged my card, leaving my checking account $600 overdrawn. Between the paid charges and the pending charges, $2130, which was more than I had in my account, was unavailable to me. Even after checking out more than 24 hours ago, paid in full, the holds are still on my account. I addressed the issues with the general manager, Paul, who refused to listen, interrupted EVERY sentence I spoke, denied placing holds on my account, was rude and disrespectful. He did nothing to help me. I filed a formal complain with the corporate office. They called Paul and asked him to refund the money for the rooms. He refused. He offered to refund 10% of one room for one night which is a total of $10. I had to borrow gas money from my son to get home.Please think twice before booking a room at this Choice Hotel.

Thanks to the friendly staff, especially Craig and Kristen at the front desk. This property is the closet lodging to access Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park. Property is about 10 years old but is newly redecorated and the rooms all have new furnishings, carpet and linens! King size bed mattress was super comfortable (very important to me as I have had two back surgeries and a hip replacement!) This place is extremley well cared for. The have a snack bar that you can purchase snacks and beverages, so you do not have to leave the property. Complimentary breakfast with the expected items (bagels, toast, waffles, yougurt, muffins, mini donuts) Weekdays had scrambled eggs & link sausage and weekends had eggs/sausage/biscuts & gravy and french toast sticks. Adjacent restaurant has a brewery and serves excellent BBQ.. Coming from Kansas City I can be a real BBQ snob, and their BBQ is excellent (Friday night featured smoked Prime Rib!!!) This is a great property, ignore the negative reviews left by the Karens of the internet!!! Competitive price, clean and comfortable! Rooms that face the west have a great view of the Front Range of the Rocky Mountain Range.

First, it appears that Fairfield Inn is now rebranded as just ”Fairfield.” No big deal but this one appears to have been completely updated and not quite as basic as the Fairfield Inns that I remember in the past. It's a given that Marriott properties are going to be clean and comfortable and this one did not disappoint. It was spotless. Breakfast was pretty basic but that's fine with me. Location is great, surrounded by restaurants, local and chain, and grocery stores. But best of all is the staff! Wonderful people who are personable and pleasant without the phony cloying that is so often encountered. Thanks Fairfield in Longmont!
