"Our stay at Binzhou Shuguang Bozun Hotel was fantastic! The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful. They proactively upgraded our room for free, brought us a fresh fruit platter upon check-in, and even prepared cute little gifts for our child, who was absolutely delighted. The room had complete smart facilities, was spacious and clean, and Qinhuang River Wetland Park was within walking distance. At checkout, the staff kindly gave us egg tarts and yogurt, showing great attention to detail and making us feel very welcome. The overall environment is upscale and elegant, and the service is meticulous and attentive. It’s definitely our top choice for family trips, and we’ll stay here again next time we visit Binzhou!"

"Quite speechless, from checking in to entering the room to checking out. A few questions. After checking in, the room was clean and ok, but there were some things missing in the room. Then what? I called the front desk, and their tone was speechless. Contacted the front desk three times, twice questioning the customer! It feels very uncomfortable when customers raise problems but instead of solving them, they question them. Female receptionist. The car was stuck when I was leaving the hotel. All in all, the experience was extremely bad! I was woken up around five in the morning, probably by some noise coming from the gym or somewhere else!"

There is a free parking lot in front of the hotel, which is very convenient and safe. The room is spacious and bright, with dry and wet separation, clean and hygienic. There are many snacks and supermarkets around. This trip was impressive and memorable."

The room is clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, and the bedding is comfortable and helps sleep. The service is even more heartwarming, the front desk is enthusiastic and professional, and responsive. The hotel facilities are complete and the breakfast is rich. I will choose this place next time I come, highly recommended!"
