The staff are also very helpful, polite, and supportive. Their service made the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Overall, I had a very nice experience staying at this hotel. "This is not a resort. It's just a hotel and there are no cottage facilities. Rooms are not so clean even provided towels are too old. All towels are used more than 500 times. Also the swimming pool is just like a baby pool. Not recommended to stay with feeling of resort."

There is scope for improvement in amenities like placing an electric kettle and tea bags in the rooms because we were in the habit of taking warm water normaly. The garden in the compound are well maintained and the staff were found gentle and responding."
