"Big shoutout to Cici for her exceptional service! She was incredibly attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. Her professionalism really shone through, especially when we arrived a bit late with our elderly parents and a child. Cici quickly helped us make a plan, immediately contacting the restaurant to make sure we could still get dinner. The food there was delicious too! After dinner, we took the kids to the pool to burn off some energy and the seniors to the hot springs. Once everyone was settled, my partner and I enjoyed some peaceful alone time with a lovely stroll along the river. It was truly a wonderful experience."

"To be honest, the service was okay, but the environment was really bad. There wasn't much to do; it was a typical converted farmland. The so-called fishpond had practically no big fish—just small grass carp fry and tiny crucian carp. There weren't any proper fishing spots either; a sunshade in the middle of the pond was barely considered a place to fish. Just as I was about to go in, I found a dead baby rat under the umbrella—disgusting! You get what you pay for. It's okay if it's cheap, but if you want to have fun, it's better for company events or your own recreational activities. I really don't recommend it for families, couples, or other activities."

"This is hands down the best and most immersive B&B I've ever stayed at. It's truly fantastic! The best part is that my kids were completely entertained and didn't need to bother me at all; they had so many things to play with. There's even a stream in the back for some stream-trekking. With the Dragon Boat Festival approaching, the B&B hosted a zongzi-making event, which added a wonderful festive touch. And this pool? Absolutely amazing! The depth was just right, so the kids could play safely and happily. In the evenings, the owner even plays the guitar, creating an incredible atmosphere."

"Naked Retreats' first foray into South China is definitely worth experiencing! Nestled amidst thousands of acres of tea plantations, with tea mountains all around, the air is incredibly fresh. We even participated in tea picking and processing organized by the hotel – a truly unique experience. The activities for children were plentiful; older kids could participate from morning till night without parental supervision. The staff were also very patient and welcoming with the children. The food at both restaurants was quite good, although the service was slightly lacking during the Qingming Festival holiday when it was newly opened, but this minor flaw didn't detract from the overall experience. I believe it will continue to improve and is definitely worth a visit!"

"Parking is convenient. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable and quiet. Afternoon tea and late-night noodles were excellent. The freshly ground coffee was excellent. Breakfast was varied, with freshly cooked noodles, rice noodles, and rice noodles. The staff were generally highly qualified and welcoming."
