"I stayed there for my birthday weekend, and they skipped cleaning the room on Saturday, which made us very fed up. When we talked with the reception, they made some excuses and then passed us to the manager. Instead of solving the problem, she brought some unbelievable excuses and took more than an hour of our time. When we told her we are Marriott members and that we would complain about the poor service and the room not being cleaned, instead of offering compensation she only tried to justify the situation and just added some points to our account. She also didn’t change our room when we requested it, even though we didn’t want to sleep in a room that hadn’t been cleaned or organized. She didn’t even offer a meal or a drink, even though she ruined our Saturday night."

"The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and introduced the best local Korean food, which was really good. The hotel parking lot is large, mineral water is available in the lobby, and there is a great pizza restaurant next to the hotel with affordable prices."
