The service was excellent too. We booked a free photography session 📸 and received complimentary photos without any pressure for further purchases. The cliffside waterfall spa was also beautiful, and the staff there were delightful. Our butler, Xiao Tao, was very responsible, attentive, and thoughtful. We loved our two-night stay! 😍

I arrived at the hotel very late, the boss and the staff were waiting for me, chatting with the boss was very kind, the staff service was super good, and also helped me with my luggage. This time I stayed in a homestay near the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, and the experience was far beyond my expectations! The service was thoughtful and meticulous, and it really made guests feel at home. Not only did they provide free pick-up and drop-off to the entrance of the scenic area, saving time and effort, but they also thoughtfully prepared local fruits. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was comfortable. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the hot water was sufficient and stable. The most surprising thing was that it was equipped with a bathtub, a smart toilet, and a high-definition projector. It was very pleasant to relax and rest after a day of play. I will stay at Luge again next time.

When I arrived at the Huangguoshu tourist center an emplyee called the hotel for me and about 5-10 minutes late the boss was there to pick me up. They upgraded my room since it wasn't busy. The room looked exactly like the photo's. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was big and comfortable. The airco worked good. In the morning they served simple noodles which were nice. The boss drove me to the touristcenter entrance and also offered to pick me up in the afternoon. Overall i had a great experience and would recommend this hotel because of its nice service and clean room.

The location is excellent, not far from the highway and right on a cliffside, offering stunning views of the Baling River Bridge and the Dripstone Waterfall – perfect for photos. What truly sets it apart is the incredible value for money. Similar locations and facilities usually cost over four digits, so this place is an absolute steal! The owner's service is also fantastic. Highly, highly recommend!

The homestay is very comfortable. We have two adults and two children staying in it. The beds in the rooms are all 1.5, which is more spacious than other hotels. The owner of the B&B was very enthusiastic and took us to scenic spots several times. You can eat downstairs, the food is delicious! Recommended for those who go to Huangguoshu Waterfall. The B&B also has a swimming pool, which the children like very much.

The price is cheap, but the hardware is really bad. The soundproofing of the room is not ordinary. It is the water pipe in the next room. It is the water pipe leaking at 7 o'clock in the morning. The result is not, it is the water sound from the next room. One person waited for a few minutes and another person used it, constantly squeaking and squeaking, the room was all kinds of partitions, and the naked eye could see that there were nails hit by air nail guns everywhere. I was very happy when I checked in. I felt that the air conditioning in the room was windy and quiet. I didn't expect the noise to come from a place that couldn't be turned off at all.
