GGuest UserCame with twin beds and complimentary sparkling water. There is a fridge in the room. Tip: walk in the opposite direction of the town area to the end where there is a lift to go up to the street level and the hotel will be on the right. Did not have breakfast at the hotel. Lobby is spacious.

WWucuncunIt is beautifully renovated recently and the room is extremely comfortable. However, some staff appeared not well trained. There are a cleaner kept to open my door while I was in the room and I didn't know if he do the same while I was not there. Once he caught me just out of shower. It is really disturbing?

GGuest UserThere is nothing to say against the hotel. The 4 stars are justified and what we felt was offered for a 2-day trip was more than fair. There is an inexpensive parking garage opposite (€4.50 per day) and you can get to a Rewe and the city center within 6-7 minutes. The only thing that bothered us was that the atmosphere reminded us very much of a hospital, because the hotel also offers long-term rentals for seniors, who are well looked after. We came for business and would therefore choose a different location. We would be happy to come back if we were coming for pleasure.

The square is very lively, there are fresh fruits, and restaurants of various prices can meet the needs of different groups of people. The service is also very good. Although the bed is not particularly comfortable, it will not feel too bad if you are tired. It is very convenient to go to Bonn's various attractions, the cathedral, and Beethoven's former residence. Especially Longbao, there is a direct light rail station No. 66 very close by. At night or early in the morning, you can reach the Rhine River in a few minutes' walk. Moreover, it is next to the University of Bonn.

AArne 王帅Also, vieles ganz gut, aber für den Preis aber bisschen ein Witz. 40/Nacht für ein 3qm Zimmer mit Gmeinschaftsdusche außerhalb des Zentrums, dabei jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören (und dadurch halbe Nacht nicht schlafen können weil andere Gäste eine alkoholisierte Nacht hatten, finde ich dann leider mau.
Aber sonst ist das Personal super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das hat dann fast schon wieder gut gemacht.

GGuest UserThe location is particularly good. Going out and turning right 20 meters is the City Hall Square. Then passing through the City Hall is the Emperor Palace. The breakfast shop downstairs is also very good. The room is just enough for a family. There is a kitchen to make something to eat, especially there is a laundry room. Drying, this is very good, the room is very quiet, Although it is very close to the square, the windows are very powerful and there is no sound after closing.

GGuest UserThe descriptions of the hotel's services and offerings are inaccurate. According to the notices on the premises, there was a fire in December. As a result, the underground parking garage is unusable and the TV in the room doesn't receive any channels. When booking in April, you expect this kind of information to be shared during the booking process.

SSharon AmandaOnly stayed for one night, when we attended an event in Cologne. The hotel was so convenient to find. On the S-bahn, it was 1 stop away from the central train station, and about a 5 minute walk from S-bahn stop to hotel. Lovely modern. clean hotel, comfortable bed & pillows, great shower, fluffy towels. Actually better than some European hotels that charge a lot more. I would stay again and would also look for this brand in other cities.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The place was incredibly quiet, and the rooms were neat and tidy. One of my favorite features was the small kitchen, which made my stay even more convenient. The hotel left a thoughtful note recommending a nearby candy company called Haribo and I’m so glad they did! The candy there was absolutely amazing. I ended up buying a lot of sweets to share with my family and friends. A big thank you to the hotel for pointing that out! Would definitely stay here again.
