GGuest UserThe place is spacious and cozy, with a modern design. The bathroom is quite large and includes a handrail next to the toilet, which is very suitable for elderly residents who need assistance. The bedroom is equipped with several call bells that allow residents to easily seek help from staff if they feel unwell — a thoughtful feature for the elderly. The bed is soft.

HHafs94Lovely hotel, the location is great as it is a few minutes away from the shopping centre. Me and my husband came for a weekend away and we loved that we could just walk to the shops. The kfc and McDonald’s is a few minutes away too. The room itself was nice, it had the usual stuff, iron, tea and coffee etc. The bathtub was super small, if you are plus size, you will struggle to lay in the bath but it’s not a big problem. The staff were very friendly, we even got given a cookie upon arrival and they kindly gave us a complimentary 1 hour free extra time for check out (we paid £20 for the rest of the hours). Overall a lovely hotel.

GGuest UserThe first room was terrible. There was a hole in the window frame what looked like insects on the floor the shower was rusty and mould on the tiles. The hotel does need a lot of TLC. The staff are very nice and very helpful.

TTsz KikThe room facilities are superb, the beds are very comfortable and the pillows are soft and moderate. The bathroom is spacious and bright with advanced spare parts. There is also an advanced entertainment system and free slow Wi-Fi to make the stay experience normal.
If you need high-speed wifi, you need to pay another GBP 5 for 24 hrs

Nice enough pub next door for meals but doesn’t open until later.
