AAdrian JamesWe had a wonderful time on this gorgeous boat. The room was exceptional, bed was very comfortable, food was delicious, staff were lovely and attentive and Ghulam helped us organise activities during our stay. Highly recommend Prince of Kashmir.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the radisson collection from 16-17 jun e 2024. We arrived at 11:00 am and the check in was smooth and rooms were allotted quickly. The rooms were near and clean. They have indoor and outdoor swimming pools, but we did not use them. The gym, though small, has all the equipment for regular workout. The highlight of the stay was the buffet breakfast experience. Good spread to cater to everyone and the chef was eager to meet our special requests. There is river jhelam riverfront walk in from of the hotel, which is good for morning and evening walks. Memorable stay and would like to visit again.

3. The dinner tables were mostly not clean and cutlery was missing. Dinner table cloth was never there.

SSafwaanThe location is walking distance to lal chowk. It's a quiet road, fairly clean. Decor is nice, room has heater and electric blanket and fan. Warm water seems to be available mornings but mostly not on evenings possibly because of the freezing temperatures this time of year. For me personally it was a problem as i normally take evening showers as well. Every room had a window afaik. Breakfast was highly enjoyable and recommended. Staff are polite and helped me get auto as well on my departure. Overall the experience was pleasant enough and if you only normally take one bath shower a day it would be ok

GGuest UserThe itc heevan hotel in srinagarv is a fantastic property. Very well maintained rooms, spacious lawns, badminton courts, gym and excellent service by the staff. It is close to dal lake and other sightseeing points like nishat garden etc. Overall, a must stay place and we will definitely recommend strongly.
