This is the best hotel I had ever stayed in Europe. It is an old historical building and all interiors had been renovated. The best part is they had kept a historical lift and overall interiors was beautifully arranged. Location is 5-stars because this hotel is only 6 minutes walk to train station and 10 minutes to central area. Amenities is also 5-stars because this hotel offers a FULL minibar of drinks including two bottles of water, two pop drinks, one bottle of juice and peanuts and they are all free of charge. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, soap and shower cap are fully provided. Cleanliness is also 5-stars. We had messed up the room with two big full luggages of things and the housekeroinh had helped us to tuck in our two luggages under the window sill Seevuxe is also 5-stars. We bought two bottles of wines and they provided us with wine glasses and cork with great service. Also it was our first time in Genova, the receptionist had detailedly explained which area we should go and how to go. Overall, it is the best hotel i had stayed so far.

The hotel room is very clean and spacey. Classy and modern interior designs. 5 min walk from Brignole station, surroundings feel very safe, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. AC is powerful so the rooms are very cool in summer. Quiet at night I sleep very well. I absolutely enjoyed my stay here.

NH Marina is the best if you are looking for the experiences ”Harborview” I stayed one night and my room comes with balcone with harborview and city view . Location : its located only few steps from Darsena Metro and a lot of historical locations around this place . So if you are a solo traveler and its your first time to reach Genoa , this is a good option for you . Note : make sure you book the room with balcony

The worst Novotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The space was acceptable and the service was enthusiastic, but the stains on the towels and sheets seemed to have never been changed. Since I was driving from southern Italy to southern France as a stopover, the location was very convenient for me, close to the highway exit.

Recommended hotel in Genoa! The front desk staff was very kind and polite. Friendly and very nice! You can freely use the water server. The facilities were clean and well cleaned. The air conditioner is perfect. There are plenty of outlets. However, if you don't pay attention to the shower, the floor will be flooded. Location is a bit walk from the station, but the bus stop is close and close to Ferrari Square, so it's perfect for shopping and dining!

Excellent hotel with very friendly reception and very clean rooms. It was cold when we arrived but inside the hotel the temperature was ideal, the room was so pleasant that we didn't even need to turn on the heating but I believe that those who are cold would be very warm. We really liked it and would definitely stay there again 👍

We initially booked a suite because the room description listed one double bed and one single bed. I have a 3-year-old child, and double beds in Europe are generally small, so we chose a suite. The pictures also showed that. However, upon arrival, they gave me a double room, saying it was because I hadn't informed them of having a child. They said we would count as two people. Fortunately, they eventually upgraded us to a larger suite. It was a fairly standard budget business hotel, right next to the train station and very close to the cruise terminal. Very convenient.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the Prince Railway Station, convenient transportation, the surrounding hotel restaurants and bars are rich, but the hotel is as old as the city of Genoa, there is no elevator, breakfast is simple, although the bathroom has been renovated, but the shower room area is too small, people can hardly move when taking a bath, At the same time, the rooms facing the street are disturbed by the impact of the vehicle on sleep, and the hotel can meet the basic needs of one or two nights.

When we arrived, the room was already very warm. It was about 30°C outside, even at 9:00 PM, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working. I couldn’t get it to start, so the room remained very hot during the night. The room furnishings also felt quite old-fashioned. Apart from that, the receptionist was very kind and helpful.
