The front desk staff was very kind and polite. Friendly and very nice!
You can freely use the water server. The facilities were clean and well cleaned. The air conditioner is perfect. There are plenty of outlets. However, if you don't pay attention to the shower, the floor will be flooded.
Location is a bit walk from the station, but the bus stop is close and close to Ferrari Square, so it's perfect for shopping and dining!

Our check-out took place at 10 a.m. but our flight was only 19 a.m. so they got a place to leave our baggage until 17 a.m. when we went to the airport. The breakfast and room facilities were also in line with our views.
