"It's winter now, but it's usually cold at dawn because it only turns on the heater in the evening, but it was really warm because it turned on in the evening and turned on the heater again when it was cold at dawn. When I arrived at the hostel, I wanted to drink hot water, so I needed a coffee pot, so I brought it right away, so I could eat really warm water well, and the bathroom was clean.
It was located right away from Pisa Central Station and the bus to Pisa's Leaning Tower was right across the street, so I was able to go comfortably."

"Medium sized Italian hotel in great location next to Pisa Tower, very short walk to historic area and busy town life. Hotel is popular and well worn on stairs, reception very helpful, multilingual and provides town map. Hotel accommodated allergy requests, we were blessed with a seated balcony at rear of property, room clean and had all amenities for short stay (no hot drink or fridge facilities in room) but restaurant downstairs for additional cost. Towels, soap provided and TV, hairdryer and air con in room. Book hotel transfers at reception as far more reasonable. Approximately 20-25 min walk from Pisa Central station and there’s a mini metro from train station to airport (just make sure you leave central station in right direct re town to airport)."

TTravelling travellerWe loved this place. It's in the centre and walking distance to all restaurants and sites. It's best to inform the B&B of the time you will arrive because it's a self check in place, and you need a code to access the property. You only get the code once you go inside. There is a number outside, but its best to give them a heads up so that you are not left out.

The room was beautiful with incredible decor and great attention to detail, the garden area was also gorgeous and very romantic! Very clean amd very comfortable with all of the necessary amenities.
The breakfast was delicious and substantial and the wine was the best we had in Pisa!
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend!

While its exterior might not immediately impress, the hotel itself is comfortable and clean. A short path from the hotel's restaurant leads directly to the beach, allowing you to soak in the natural ambiance. The rooms are spacious and tidy, and the beds are comfortable. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient for shopping.

GGuest UserWe didn’t realise that this place is only having driveway to get there. At night, we carried two 23kg big suitcases and walked there. That was a terrible experience. Other than that, the AC inside the room seemed to have some problem, we felt so hot and hard to breath during our stay. But tbh, I didn’t expect much with the price (£94 per night)

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite grand and feels very historic, with oil paintings and pianos dotted throughout. I booked a room by the river, and the view was absolutely lovely. The front desk staff were also very thoughtful, providing a map and even highlighting various attractions for me. The only real headache was the toilet flush – the button was incredibly stiff and hard to control, making my finger sore from pressing it so hard. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience was still very good.

Bed is comfortable and there is an ensuite bathroom. The tap wasn't working properly and the fridge was very noisy. Most of the staff was nice.

HHeather___Don’t be fooled by the photos. But in fact, when I arrived in the room, it turned out that the photo was taken and it felt very dirty...Because it is an old building, the wall is that kind of old wall, so it looks dirty, but it is actually the texture of the wall...The interior inside is very beautiful The lamps and tables all have old European style and are very comfortable. The front desk is also very standardized, all dressed in suits, very polite and friendly, and good English. The most beautiful is the top of the hotel room, which has a bit of the feeling of a wooden house on the Norwegian side, because it may be an old house with wooden beams rebuilt, but it looks better. The hot water in the bath is also very hot. There is no elevator. We have a lot of boxes. The front desk changed us to a low-floor room~ and the heating seems to be turned off in the middle of the night. Many hotels here seem to be like this in order to save costs but it will not be cold at night.
The breakfast is also quite rich, it is a normal continental breakfast, basically all.

AAThe hotel is located in a very small town. The hotel itself is good. I got a new room, there was no noise. Very clean, cleaned every day. Of the shortcomings I can note: no shampoo, a poorly working refrigerator and no glasses in the room.
I asked for glasses at the reception, they sent me to the bar, where they gave me plastic glasses.... I took glass ones myself, since I do not drink from plastic.
The hotel and Tirrenia itself are an ideal place to distance yourself from the world. Life in the city freezes at 8-9 o'clock. There is nowhere to go.
A good supermarket and several restaurants are a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The food in none of them was particularly impressive.
The sea is gorgeous. Very clean. The beach is also kept clean.
Pisa is a half-hour bus ride from the hotel. There is nothing to do there, except for visiting the tower, but it is not long - 30 minutes maximum.

Tticoeur090Positive points: Convenient because not far from the airport (about 25 min walk), same distance to get to the Tower of Pisa. Quite a few shops, restaurants and snacks in the area. Friendly staff.
Negative points: When we arrived in the evening around 7:30 p.m., the door was closed and after ringing about ten times, no one to open the door for us. No one inside. We finally called the number displayed on the door to be given the entry code and the room number where the key was waiting for us. You had to know that!
Breakfast not very varied.
But above all, no air conditioning in my room, a real oven.
Good for one night when arriving or departing....

SSea153I was stupid and accidentally booked the room 1 night before my actual stay. I was so frightened when the staff pointed it out. However he was soooo nice and still let me stay. I'm sooo grateful about that.
The hotel smells nice and is decorated tastefully with artistic theme - there were paintings all along the corridor. My room is huge, my bed is grand and comfy for a solo traveller like me, everything is extremely clean, facilities are neat and well maintained. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Pisa Centrale and Pisa Leaning Tower.
I'm a very happy guest. I'm so glad that I have chosen this hotel to stay for my Pisa trip. I will definitely stay here if I ever come back to explore Pisa again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a comfy stay, a sound sleep at affordable price in Pisa. I will share about this hotel on my blog about Pisa.
