"The location and customer service at the reception were excellent. The room was reasonably clean, though it could have been a bit better. The bed was very comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep after a long day of traveling. However, the noise from outside was quite disturbing — someone was talking nonstop until around 3 a.m., which made it hard to rest properly. This was my third hotel stay in Italy, and since the country is full of olive trees, I was surprised not to see any olives among the breakfast options. The breakfast selection overall was rather basic and no better than what you’d expect at a 2-star hotel."

"A little out of the way on autostrada southish. 'Near' the airport, weeeeelll. So is the moon. Industrial area. 40 minutes by bus to central station and the pisamover to planes."

"Thank you for a lovely stay. Room was clean and comfortable 😊 The shower wasn't great but only needed unblocking in the holes which I managed myself. Needs cleaning regularly and not left to clog up 🚿 The room wasn't quiet as we had very noisy people to the right of us but that's them not the hotels fault Staff were friendly and couldn't do enough. Breakfast was simple but good Have to say the scrambled eggs tasted amazing😋 Location was great once we figured out the map 🤣🤣 All in all a lovely stay. "This is a nice hotel but didn't quite live up to my expectations in terms of furnishings and decor. The bedroom was a good size but rather plain with little on the walls, though the bed throw and curtains gave some colour. The bathroom was very small but the shower worked well. Similarly the dining room furniture and general appearance were a bit boring though there were 2 lovely murals showing the houses by the river. The furniture in the ' reading room' had been changed to dark brown. I had seen photos of red. Yes, it is in an old historic building but I had expected more luxury as it is a 4 star hotel. Having said all that the guy on reception gave us a lovely welcome, and a map with recommendations of where to go. We arrived early and put our luggage in the storage room which was good. We needed to get to the airport early and the receptionist arranged the shuttle to take us, which was great. It was well worth the price. Breakfast was fine with a good variety of foods including SO many types of pastries and croissants. We had dinner in a nearby restaurant the night before as the dining room did not look welcoming and was very quiet. All in all, a pleasant stay for the price we paid which was significantly less on trip com than on its own website."

"This hotel is right in front of Pisa train station. You just have to drag your luggage across the street and you're there, which is perfect for dropping off bags before heading out to explore. It's quite spacious, comfortable, and feels more modern than other hotels. The lobby even has a water dispenser with a welcome drink."

"e hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the train station, and it takes only about 5 minutes by train to reach the airport. It is also within a 15–20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, which makes sightseeing very easy. The hotel entrance is located in a back alley rather than facing the main street, so it is not very noticeable. There was also some construction work going on nearby, making the road a bit rough and inconvenient to walk on. The hotel itself is a bit old, but it is generally clean. Each room comes with one complimentary bottle of water. However, toothbrushes and slippers are not provided, so guests should bring their own. The bathroom drainage was a little slow as well. On the positive side, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would consider staying there again in the future"

"Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices."

"Medium sized Italian hotel in great location next to Pisa Tower, very short walk to historic area and busy town life. Hotel is popular and well worn on stairs, reception very helpful, multilingual and provides town map. Hotel accommodated allergy requests, we were blessed with a seated balcony at rear of property, room clean and had all amenities for short stay (no hot drink or fridge facilities in room) but restaurant downstairs for additional cost. Towels, soap provided and TV, hairdryer and air con in room. Book hotel transfers at reception as far more reasonable. Approximately 20-25 min walk from Pisa Central station and there’s a mini metro from train station to airport (just make sure you leave central station in right direct re town to airport)."

"The staff was excellent, but the bathroom was poorly maintained (the toilet leaked, and the shower tray edges were dirty and poorly sealed). The room's interior soundproofing was terrible; we were woken up several times by noises from the hallway. I wouldn't stay here again."
