Hotels with Breakfast in Miyazaki City

This is the best decision I’ve made during my trip in Miyazaki. I should have stayed longer here than I did in the previous booking. Almost everything is almost perfect, from the artificial hot spring to the traditional Japanese bedrooms, which are great additions to the Japanese experience. I believe it is one of the most affordable hotels in the area. The breakfast is a buffet that is included in my stay, and I had to add the Dinner buffet, which is very worth the price since the place doesn't have many restaurants nearby. The hotel is also within a 5-10 minute walk from the JR train station. The staff are also friendly. I definitely will be back here when I revisit Miyazaki soon. The day I visited was rainy, so I was unable to visit many places.

The bath was on the smaller side, but it wasn't crowded and was very comfortable. The welcome drink corner on the first floor, where you could sample different alcoholic beverages, was a fun experience. The fact that the hair dryers and showerheads were ReFa products is also a nice touch, especially for women. The location is in a bar district, so it's perfect for those who enjoy drinking.

The room is big with all the amenities. Our room is facing the sea, we were able to see the sun rise, super gorgeous! The onsen is also great, free for us, and it is open to the public with surcharge. The hostel location is 10/10, close to the Aoshima island, and there is a big park nearby! We enjoyed our stay.

I am a repeat customer. I chose this hotel because I wanted to eat breakfast here. They don't have a lot of items, but each one is delicious. They also have Miyazaki-style cold soup and charcoal-grilled chicken. The French toast takes a little time to prepare, but it's great because it's hot. This time, the room only had a shower, and it was small, but it was well thought out and I was able to stay comfortably. I will use this hotel again if I have the opportunity to come to Miyazaki.

The affiliated parking fee was 1,000 yen per night, and you could enter and exit freely, but you had to take your parking ticket to the front desk each time you entered and exited. The location is very good, so I think 1,000 yen per night is cheap. The free drink bar has a wide selection of shochu, fruit liqueurs, charcoal water, and ice, so you can make a variety of chuhai and cocktails by combining them. The natural hot spring is not large (it can fit 5 or 6 people), but it is clean and the quality of the spring is good. The free breakfast buffet has a decent variety of side dishes and freshly baked bread, all of which are delicious, and the coffee is also delicious. Overall, it feels like a business hotel with a lot of service. It was clean, the front desk was kind and polite, and it was a comfortable stay. However, there is only one elevator that can accommodate about 10 people, and the emergency stairs are not open, so it gets crowded around 8:30 in the morning. Someone I met at the hotel said that if there are many group guests staying, you may have to wait for the elevator for more than 10 minutes.

The hotel staff were warm and polite, proactively asking if I needed help with my luggage. The room was spacious with a great sense of open space. The hot springs could use some improvement, as the experience was just average. Overall, it was a good stay.

Miyazaki is a small city so getting around is not difficult if you stay in this hotel. There is a few local buses to the hotel from the JR Miyazaki station. Within walking distance of 10min you can find almost everything from shopping to izakaya. The best part I like is the sauna and hot spring. It has outdoor and indoor hot spring baths and sauna. Amenities in the public bath is complete with lotion, tonic, hair gel, shaving form and even towel is provided so you don't need to bring your own. Overall, a great hotel.

The hotel's surroundings and location are quite good, perfect for a vacation. However, the hotel is very old, and all the facilities need updating, including the room decor which needs a complete renovation.

It's in a very convenient location with lots of restaurants nearby and right above Donki with direct access by elevator. There are many choices of shampoo and hair conditioner available for guests to use. The only down side is the air-con only has heat available in late Feb and windows are locked. It makes the room very warm and we need to open the door to let some fresh air in.
