Miyazaki City Hotels with Wifi

"Room was a slightly small for 4 people, with little space to open the luggages. Hotel provided free flow amenities which was a good feature :) However if driving a large sedan, you would not be able to park within the hotel premises and will be asked to park elsewhere, which was a little inconvenient when bringing many luggages."

"The hotel staff barely spoke any English, so we had to rely on a translator to communicate. Checking in was a nightmare; they couldn't find our room, which took nearly half an hour. Then, when checking out, they gave us the wrong bill, for a different room, almost charging us an extra 4000 yen! I booked a triple room, but as the picture shows, only one bed was a proper bed, while the other two were makeshift cots. I wonder if this is standard for the hotel, or if we were just treated differently? All three of our rooms were also located near the elevators, which made them quite noisy! The rooms themselves were spacious, though. What was truly frustrating was how incredibly crowded the hotel was. The buffet breakfast could take an hour to queue for. On the bright side, there were three breakfast restaurants to choose from. The Pine buffet restaurant was the most popular, and it definitely lived up to the hype with its excellent quality and incredibly rich selection, far surpassing many buffets back home. Plus, you could eat until 1 PM. On our first day, we went at 11 AM and it was relatively empty, but on the second day, we went at 8 AM and queued for so long we questioned our life choices, so we switched to the Hyuga Kai (set meal) instead. Perhaps it was because it was the weekend, but there were queues everywhere, and the hotel was overflowing with people, mostly Japanese families with lots of children. We didn't go to the outdoor pool or hot springs because they were too crowded. There's a children's activity area on the third floor, but it costs extra. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to Miyazaki Station, but ridiculously, there are only three services a day, so most of the time you have to rely on taxis. The location is very remote, suitable for families with young children who want to stay at the hotel, or for those who have their own car! Just to add: No wonder Miyazaki is such an unpopular destination; the transportation is just too inconvenient. I won't be coming back here again."

"This is a newly built hotel, very clean and suitable for families. The room interior was also neat, and I appreciated having a small kitchenette where I could wash and eat some simple fruits. It's about a 10-minute walk to the downtown area, making it a good location for sightseeing. For breakfast, I ordered granola, but it was just regular cereal granola. There are no on-site parking facilities, so you have to park in a private lot behind the building."

"The location is close to the downtown area, and the price is reasonable, making it good value for money. I ordered breakfast as an extra, and it was more satisfying than I expected. Considering the price of accommodation, it's understandable, but I think it would be worth a little more if the bathroom facilities were better. When I filled the bathtub with hot water, black mold appeared, so be sure to clean the bathtub thoroughly. The coffee preparation and amenities were excellent. Overall, it was okay. Thank you. "The room was clean and tidy. The amenities were plentiful and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Everything was perfect. I will definitely stay here again."

"From 3 PM to 8 PM, there was a wonderful complimentary service offering not only coffee and juice but also shochu mixed drinks. While the snacks were limited in quantity and gone by late evening, I was perfectly satisfied as I was able to enjoy a couple of alcoholic beverages at my leisure. Although the building and facilities feel a bit dated, I highly recommend this business hotel, especially for those who enjoy a drink or want to relax right after arrival."

"We have stayed in Odayo and choose this as its the same chain. Rooms are very small and as a couple I will recommend the 3pax room. The hotel is really dated and may need a renovation soon. We took room 1007, a triple (see sitemap, the rest are very small) and was just adequate. Location is very central and car park space are plentiful.. one one each side of the hotel. Breakfast spread is not as good as Odayo breakfast. Free Ramen and ice cream remains unchanged. Still would recommend this hotel as staffs service attitude is superb."

"I stayed there on New Year's Eve, and it was incredibly cheap at only 4000 yen. Pajamas, shampoo, towels, and even breakfast were included at no extra charge. While the breakfast wasn't a fancy hotel buffet, there were plenty of homemade dishes prepared by the staff, and the comforting flavors made me very happy."

"The hotel is a bit out of the way, but the environment is great, with a beach and the sea. The breakfast is super comprehensive, delicious, and offers a wide variety of options, and the restaurant ambiance is also very nice. Many Japanese guests book this hotel to experience water activities, which I didn't try, but the facilities and services here are quite complete. It's also quite close to a convenience store. However... the tatami room had a strange smell, possibly from the building materials, which did affect my mood a bit."

"Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable! We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service."
