Normalmente el costo de la habitación doble es caro, sin embargo con el descuento por ser nuevo miembro en la aplicación Trip.com ya no fue tanto. Nos gusta ese hotel por la playa privada, el resto de las instalaciones son como en cualquier otro hotel de Acapulco y los alimentos son muy caros. Por lo menos, ahora, ya dan dos aguas de 250 ml de cortesía en cada habitación. Las instalaciones son limpias.

I was really worried that I had chosen the wrong place and hotel! We have been here for thirteen days and have not seen a single Chinese! The hotel stated that it was opened in 1984, which is indeed long enough. The front desk of the hotel arranged a room on the 25th floor. Standing on the balcony, I suddenly felt that I came to the right place and chose the right hotel! Excellent location, beautiful appearance, and thoughtful design reflect the luxury of more than 40 years ago! Although the decoration level is decades ago, the space is spacious, the cabinets are large enough, hot water is available all day, the lights are bright, the electricity is sufficient, the air conditioner is easy to use, and the Internet is smooth. Although it is not luxurious, it is very practical. What's even more amazing is that the service attitude is very good. From the front desk to the dining room, from the floor to the swimming pool, the employees are very kind and enthusiastic. Although they don't understand Chinese, they all try their best to help us solve the problem and come back every day Cleaning up the clean and bright room, I feel sincerely satisfied! Todo en general muy bien, solo tengan cuidado con los del valet parking golpearon mi carro y no me dijeron, apenas me estoy dando cuenta.

The calm beach is the only positive aspect. Rooms are refurbished but poor workmanship. Check in was not very pleasant with tons of people fighting to get their rooms like tour groups. Food very mediocre and nearly everything buffet style. It is all inclusive but food quality very average and not very appealing.

El hotel está remodelado y todos los trabajadores dan un excelente servicio. En temporada alta deben hacer mayor énfasis a que los huéspedes sigan las reglas. Hay huéspedes que no respeta reglas, apartan mesas, camastros, palapas y sillas por todo el día. Se meten a la alberca con playera, salen mojados al elevador, a la recepción, se sirven comida en exceso y no se la comen. En mi habitación la puerta del baño rechinaba demasiado. La puerta a las escaleras también hace mucho ruido y mi habitación estaba al lado de esa puerta. Al hacer mi reserva pide no cerca del elevador y me asignaron saliendo del elevador.

The hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants. There are 2 pools but they are in different parts of the hotel. Room was larger than most in Mexico and had a small kitchen. All in it was a good place for the price.
