"The front desk staff of the hotel was very warm and polite. They also presented gifts on the day of check-in. I was very surprised. The location of the hotel is also very good. It is very close to the supermarket. It takes a few minutes to walk to the central square. The room has heating and is very warm and clean. Everything is fine. It is worth staying."

Recommend to anyone who wants to relax and enjoy mountain view scenery. (I expected to see stars at night, but it wasn’t possible due to the many strong artificial lights).

YYessirHotel location is very good, located on the hillside, ten minutes walk to the old town. The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very friendly.
The rooms are clean and tidy, modern in design and comfortable beds. Breakfast is in the top floor restaurant, with a rich variety and good quality, and the dining can overlook the city scenery. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant, and you can feel the boss and team's care for the details.

ZZafer ErdaşThe hotel star is very good. The room we stayed was wide, pleasant and clean. Although the breakfast was not very rich, the products offered were clean and delicious. The staff were very roses and interested. We prefer to walk to the city centre of Rski because it is close to the train station. I can recommend it in a comfortable room.

GGuest UserSuch a charming and beautiful place to stay. The owners made it feel like a home. We were welcome to have tea or drinks in the kitchen at any time and were accommodated so well. We had the most cozy perfect Christmas. The owner even gave us a shot of home made peach alcohol! I would come again anytime. Was exactly what I wanted in a mountain villa.

GGuest UserThis time I booked three rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom had a large water flow. The bath was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. There were everything that should be there. The quilt pillow was of average quality and the lighting was dim. One surprise was that the room had a large balcony, which was very comfortable. Especially amazing is the staff at the front desk of the hotel, who are professional and enthusiastic, and take the initiative to help us carry our luggage.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel beautifully situated amongst the trees and the sounds of nature. We were lucky to be there at a quiet time for a romantic break. The food was very good and the staff were very attentive and helpful. we enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. All in all an excellent stay and we will be going back

WWENJUANYou can park for free, the breakfast is relatively rich, the room is spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are good and relatively new. It's very convenient within fifteen minutes from visiting customers. The location is very good, just in the city center, there is a restaurant dm supermarket nearby, but the price is higher, and there is a city tax.

SSong OwThe hotel is located within the City Centre and it is no more than 100m from the road which makes lugging your luggage easier. It is very convenient getting to the pedestrian mall. The only downside is that there is no elevator.
