GGuest UserA delightful surprise awaits you at this late-night guesthouse. The entire stay was filled with warmth and delightful surprises from the moment we arrived at 2 AM. Knowing beforehand that they didn't offer 24-hour service, we called the owner. To our surprise, they readily agreed to wait for us. On our tiring journey, this anticipation instantly dispelled much of our weariness. Upon arriving at the guesthouse, the wooden rooms on the second floor were a pleasant surprise. The rooms were impeccably clean and tidy. My room even had a small loft, perfect for enjoying the breeze and the view. The air conditioning was powerful, providing rapid cooling even in the heat. While the soundproofing was a bit lacking, the other features were more than impressive. The mosquito repellent automatically activated, a thoughtful touch. The guesthouse's common areas were also quite unique. The charming courtyard offered panoramic views of the coastline, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The first-floor café and lounge were stylish and perfect for relaxing or chatting with friends. The surrounding amenities are quite comprehensive, with schools, hospitals, print shops, laundromats, and restaurants all readily available, and transportation is very convenient. The owner explained that this area was once a Japanese naval port, and now an air force base is nearby, adding a touch of mystery to this stay. The room's decor and layout reveal the owner's good taste; there's no clutter, every design element is just right, showcasing a unique style. A 200 yuan deposit is required per room upon check-in, which is reasonable. Interestingly, other guests on the second floor habitually take off their shoes outside and enter the room barefoot, unlike our custom of ”taking off shoes only before bed.” This small observation stemming from cultural differences became a unique memory of the trip. The room is a small and exquisite loft, with a ladder leading to a small cubicle upstairs. However, in the afternoon, it can be a bit stuffy because the air conditioning doesn't reach the top; but in the evening, the temperature drops, and the cubicle becomes comfortable and pleasant, making it a very pleasant place to relax. The guesthouse I stayed at this time left a deep impression on me, from the owner's heartwarming service and stylish environment to the unique rooms. If you also appreciate accommodations with a story, warmth, and distinctive style, this place is definitely worth experiencing!

Nice pool. Wide range of western and thai foods. Good prices on food and alcohol. Good service. The area in general suffers from plastics pollution on the beach. Lots of shells to rummage but the area isn’t good for swimming.
