"Located in the middle of Old Mardin, in a very beautiful location. The rooms are nice and the view from the terrace is great. (I think it would be smoother to check the hotel in advance because the picture of the room seems to be basically displayed the same thing in any room plan) The shower was easy to use and the dryer was powerful. Breakfast was also good enough. Rather, there are some kinds of side dishes that obviously cannot be eaten, so I left a large amount every morning and felt it was a waste. I wish I could get as much as I needed. Also, it may be difficult in Turkey, but I would appreciate it if you could make the breakfast venue non-smoking. It was a pity that I couldn't relax in the shared space because all the staff smoked indoors. However, there is no problem other than that, the location and atmosphere are really nice, and there is no doubt that it is a comfortable hotel."

I felt well around in this hotel. The rooms were very clean and modern furnished. I would like to emphasize the friendly and pre-eminent staff who were always helpful and made the stay even more pleasant. The central location is ideal for explorer the environment, and yet it was quiet and relaxing. A total of a great hotel – I'm very happy to come back!

This is what my friend Lulu writes about our stay at Şems Inn Hotel (I'm adding her pictures): Having one of the best stays with my best friend at this cute, vibrant hotel. The interior view is absolutely beautiful and feels so exotic to me coming from China—like a little oasis tucked away from the world. The people here are incredibly warm and lovely, which makes the whole experience even more special. Don’t forget to check out the artwork on the walls—the owner is actually the artist behind it, which adds such a personal and creative touch. This is definitely a stay you don’t want to miss if you want to truly elevate your experience. I already know that whenever I think about Sem, it will bring a smile to my face.

Highly recommend this hotel to everyone! As so many stayers at the hotel said, the location is sooo convenient to everywhere. It is right in the middle of the town! Also there is a fancy restaurant out there with gazebo, from where you can have a whole glance at the scene of this city. Meanwhile the manager is handsome and so helpful to give good advice on tourism! You won't regret to stay here.
