"Concierge didn't know how to use TV remote; we both struggled with the TV/remote in the lobby until we got the channel I was seeking. Room was very attractive, figured out on my own how to get heat in room and what Wifi password was (no verbal or written instructions provided). Bed very comfortable, very nice to have refrigerator/freezer, microwave in room. Only significantly negative aspect was shower: it was STRONG flow and I found no way to make water force more gentle. Water drained out of tub slower than projected out of shower head, so tub quickly retained water and I ended up standing in soapy water entire time in shower."

"Its a self service accommodation where they provide the access code for you to self check in. Very good location and clean. No breakfast but complimentary coffee in shared area is provided. Stayed 4 nights to ski at Sugar Bush resort."

"Stayed here for two days with my son skiing. The hotel is located in the city center. Although it is average, it is more cost-effective than ski hotels and Airbnb. The room is clean, tidy, comfortable and spacious. The hotel restaurant is good, free coffee and hot water are provided, and there are many restaurants to choose from nearby. The city is not big, so you must experience Citywalk. Parking is charged and there are no Tesla charging stations."
