Best Western Halito Inn ★★★
"I was having a problem checking in because of the “mess up’ by Trip.com rejecting my confirmed reservation. (Long story, pls check with ur CS, I filed a complaint) Anyway, the reception lady at Halito inn, Becka, (I hope I got her name right) did a very good job, going above n beyond to help me out. She called trip.com and asked for explanation, but an agent at trip.com wasn’t helping at all. At the end I’d to pay for a room in order to stay. Pls investigate and advise n refund my expenses n “trip coins” also. Thank you Roddy"
