Our new build, open concept 4 bedroom home is the perfect year-round getaway. Come in the summer & walk to downtown Meredith for great restaurants & shopping. Lake Winnipesaukee, Lake Waukewan, Weirs Beach & public boat launches are just minutes away. Bring your boat & park it in our driveway. Catch a concert at Bank NH Pavilion (20 min away). In the winter, ice fish on the lake, ski at Gunstock (20 min), Loon (40 min), Ragged (40 min) or Waterville Valley (45 min) & ride your snowmobile (trail at end of our road). Don’t forget leaf peeping in the fall!Enter the house through the large mudroom with your own code using the keyless smart lock. You’ll find an open concept kitchen-living room with 4 bar stools at the large kitchen island. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking needs including a Keurig machine and complimentary coffee. After a long day on the slopes, warm up by the fireplace. The dining room is perfect for family dinner or game night (we have lots of games)! Don’t want to overpack? No problem - we have a washer and dryer with complimentary detergent. Guests have access to a large backyard with a fire pit, grill, outdoor couch & gazebo. There are two driveways which can accommodate 4 cars or 2-3 cars and a boat in the summer. In the winter, only one driveway is available for 3 cars. The outdoor shower is the perfect way to rinse off in the summer. The home has 4 spacious bedrooms and 2 full size bathrooms (1 with a standup shower and the other with a tub). Bedroom #1: First floor bedroom with queen bed and smart tv. Bedroom #2: Second floor bedroom with queen bed and standup desk with desk chair. We allow one well behaved pre-approved dog per stay with a $200 pet fee. Sometimes we do allow 2 dogs but must be pre-approved. Dogs can not be pre-approved on same day of arrival. You'll be walking distance to everything the village has to offer, including Mills Falls, with easy access to the town docks where you can jump on the pontoon boat your friends and family either own or rented. The house sleeps 10 and has open areas that make it easy to socialize and enjoy each other's company without feeling cramped. You can walk less than 5 minutes to several amazing high-end restaurants, bars, breakfast nooks, etc. Lake Winnipesaukee is also 5 minutes walking and the public boat launch is right there too. This is a bustling village in the heart of Meredith Bay/ Lake Winnipesaukee.Meredith Town Docks is right down the street for all the boaters. You can bring your own boat or have fun renting one for however many days you need.Also close by you'll find a Winery, Brewery, Lake Waukewan, Weirs Beach, a Movie Theater, Supermarket, Historic Seasonal Train and more.This house is also very close to the best ski resorts and mountains in the area. Hit several ski mountains in just one weekend by staying here.If you're getting married or attending a wedding at Mills Falls at the Lake than you're in luck because this house is less than a 5 minute walk to the wedding venue. This is the best alternative in town vs staying at the actual hotel.Truly the best location and best accommodation for a large family or group of friends to experience all that this quintessential New England (All Seasons) Village has to offer.We are pet friendly, but we charge a $75 pet fee per pet (of acceptable breeds) for the necessary cleaning for hair, etc. Because of how VRBO charges, please advise us upon booking of the pets you will be bringing.
