"I came here with my wife and two kids (4 and 2). It was an incredible vacation and truly the best service I’ve ever gotten at a hotel! The waiters, bell service, pool service, concierge, etc made you feel like you were the most important person in the resort…and I can guarantee we were not 🤣 We had a poolside plunge pool suite which was very convenient since everything was a few steps away from our room. I usually don’t love poolside rooms but the pool is beautiful and has a breathtaking view. Thank you to the amazing staff for making it such a special trip."

"Overall, my experience was positive. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast, while not offering a wide variety, was simple but tasty, perfect for starting the day. The customer service was excellent; the staff was attentive, friendly, and always available to meet my needs, which really added to the quality of my stay. In addition, the view from the rooftop was simply magnificent, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the scenery. The elevator is also a plus, especially after a long day of walking. It's really convenient to be able to access your room easily when you're tired. The hotel's location is also perfect; it's close to everything, making it easy to quickly discover local attractions without having to travel too far. However, there are a few drawbacks worth mentioning. The electrical outlets didn't always work properly, which was a bit frustrating, and the soundproofing in the rooms leaves something to be desired. I could easily hear noise from neighboring rooms, which slightly affected my comfort. Overall, if you're looking for a conveniently located place with impeccable service in Los Cabos, the Colmena Marina Hotel is a good option!"

"My wife and I just returned from a wonderful six nights at the Towers at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica. Our butlers were Hannia and Eduardo and they were outstanding! They were in constant contact and took care of our every need. Two really nice people who are great ambassadors for the resort. We rented beach cabanas and our hostess Amanda was outstanding! Manuel and Christian gave us great food and beverage service at the cabanas. We got to know bartender Giovanni at the Airstream trailer. He was a lot of fun and made really interesting concoctions. Isiah and Yoanna took great care of us each morning for breakfast in the VIP lounge. The food on property is good. The Sunday brunch at Siempre was really good with tons of options. For a slight upcharge, I would also highly recommend Fellini's at Pueblo Bonito Rose downtown and the Quivira steakhouse. A fantastic stay and we can't wait to go back. This was our third time there and this was the best."

"We’ve stayed a several resorts in Cabo, and this one is the best! The beach is unswimmable due to the undertow, but the water is beautiful and the waves are huge. The resort is immaculate, not a piece of trash anywhere. The rooms are spacious and comfy, and the staff is great. The drinks are pricey if you don’t do inclusive, but they are much better than what you’d normally find at inclusive hotels. Location is far enough away from things that it is quiet and peaceful, but close enough to walk to the harbor or downtown if you want."
