Cairo El Nozha Hotels

The hotel is very close to Cairo Airport, about a 5-minute drive. I emailed them in advance to book an airport pick-up. After landing, I called the front desk, and a hotel shuttle bus was waiting right outside the terminal. The next day, I took a taxi to the pyramids, which cost around 250 RMB. It's a good choice for travelers on a layover.

Arrived late for overnight stay. got the VIP treatment . Unfortunately i forgot to request a non smoking room, but immediately got a lovely smoke free room in 2 minutes. Clean linen and pillows. Amazing. Egyptian breakfast delivered to room. A delicious breakfast the bean soup so tasty. Well worth the price for the night.

The hotel is very well located, the grounds are amazing, and the restaurants are good. There's a wide selection of dishes for breakfast. The staff are very friendly and try to resolve any issues. The rooms are clean enough and cozy. The furnishings are a bit old; I wish the hotel the best guests, success, and a little renovation.

This Marriott hotel is located in Cairo Airport's Terminal 3, which is incredibly convenient. It's only a five-minute walk from the hotel to the airport via a dedicated elevator and skywalk. We arrived much earlier than our check-in time, but they were able to accommodate us without any extra charge. The staff in the lobby were all very friendly and helpful, and they even had Chinese-speaking staff available!

The staff's service attitude was excellent. I accidentally left a ring behind when checking out, and I honestly thought I'd never see it again, especially being in a foreign country. But the hotel staff handled it incredibly fast. The front desk lady was also super warm and lovely. When I went to pick it up, the ring was in an envelope, and they even asked for my passport to verify my identity, which I thought was fantastic. The hotel also has a swimming pool, and I slept really well. The hot water supply was plentiful, and there's a bathtub. It would be perfect if you brought a disposable four-piece toiletries set when you come.

Our stay at Ocean Blue Studies was really the landmark of our time in Egypt. Mr George was very helpful from the geginning. Mohammed Sallam from housekeeping was very friendly and took good care of our room. We got the nicest room upgrade as well! Thank you for such a lovely stay, and we will be back for sure.

Overall, it was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I used to stay in more upscale hotels, so I thought this one might be a big step down, but it turns out that aside from being a bit hard to find, everything else was great.

Don't go in winter if there's no heating; it was 10 degrees outside and 15 degrees inside. During my two-day stay, the first day the warm water was around 40 degrees. On the second day, after I kept urging them, they finally fixed it to just warm enough, but still not hot water. The decor looks like it's 15 years old. I came here because it said it opened in 2019. The service was indeed good, so I can't give a bad review for that. However, I spent two and a half hours over two days waiting for repairs and service. In summary, it's a five-star hotel with three-and-a-half-star facilities.

Our child was so happy!!! The hotel has a rooftop pool, lounge area, and restaurant. We checked in and headed straight to the pool – it was clean, comfortable, with private sun loungers, a pleasant atmosphere, and the restaurant right there. We immediately decided we'd have dinner at the rooftop restaurant that night. It was atmospheric, comfortable, and delicious! And they even packed up our leftovers for us. In the evening, there was a saxophonist playing at reception – beautiful music! We arranged our transfer that evening, and when we came down a bit early in the morning, the car arrived quickly. Thank you so much! Overall, a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff.

The front desk staff are warm and attentive, providing quick check-in and helpful information about nearby attractions and hotel facilities. The room was cozy, with soft and comfortable bedding, ensuring a good night's sleep. Cleanliness was impeccable; every corner was spotless, and the toiletries were of good quality.
