Facilities: This is a sprawling garden hotel with well-equipped rooms, ample hot water, and comfortable mattresses. Cleanliness: The hotel is clean and tidy. Environment: The lush greenery makes it feel like a secluded paradise. Service: Security checks are conducted upon entry and exit, which is great for safety! The hotel also provides golf cart shuttle services within the property, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Everything was absolutely amazing, from the staff's service to the respectful atmosphere of the hotel. There was no rudeness whatsoever. The entire staff and reception were wonderful; they gave me the room I wanted and even an upgrade! The room was gorgeous and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you, especially the receptionist – I forgot his name – who I spoke to before arriving and reserved a room perfectly suited for me. Thank you very much!

Great for business travelers abroad. The service was excellent, and the location was convenient. I'd definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options. A superb experience overall!

A very standard hotel, the rooms are rather small. However, it has all the necessary facilities, which is quite rare for this price in Cairo. It's very close to City Star shopping mall; we rented a car from Sixt at the mall and parked it directly at the hotel when we returned, which was very convenient. The only downside was that we were refused a packed breakfast because we left too early. Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

I stayed in Egypt for a week by myself, so I didn't book a five-star hotel. From a 100-pound Airbnb to a 700-pound hotel, only this one and the 700-pound hotel had working air conditioning/heating, and the room cleanliness was among the top two 😥. The downside is that this is more like renting out a private residence (the owner lives there too), and the apartment building and surrounding environment are quite poor, so you'll have to weigh the value for money yourself. For solo female travelers, I'd definitely recommend a hotel instead. Also, I have to complain about the menu pricing. The same bottle of water costs 6 EGP (less than 1 RMB) at the downstairs supermarket. It's typical of places that charge domestic hotel prices without providing domestic hotel service quality.

The room is very big, with one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom. It would be better if the sofa bed could be made in advance according to the number of people reported when booking the room. You can also cook (although we didn't do it). There is a refrigerator. The service is friendly. Take the elevator to the basement floor, turn right after the elevator and walk a short distance to the shopping mall.

Very welcoming and helpful. From the initial phone call to the reception, including my special requests, this hotel met all my expectations. Be sure to check your reservation details carefully if you require a private bathroom. I certainly made sure to specify that I did. The courtyard is lovely for enjoying a drink and relaxing in the shade. There are several excellent Asian restaurants nearby. I highly recommend it! Thank you for everything. See you soon.

We chose the InterContinental Cairo Citystars for our last night in Egypt, and it was by far the best experience of our trip. We drove there, and the hotel security was very strict; they checked our reservation details one by one upon entry, which made us feel very safe. We handed our car over to the staff to be parked in the underground garage. We had a bit of a mishap while parking – I couldn't find my car keys for a moment. Several staff members kindly helped us search without rushing us, maintaining a friendly and patient attitude, which really diffused the awkwardness. Later, when we saw each other again, they even joked about it, creating a very relaxed atmosphere. The front desk service was meticulous and thoughtful. We needed an extra bed for our double room, and the staff responded quickly, arranging it promptly. The extra bed was a thick cot, not the most comfortable, but the efficiency of the service was commendable. The front desk staff communicated gently and respectfully and even proactively offered a QR code for the hotel's Chinese introduction, showing great attention to detail. The hotel's biggest highlight is its location. An internal passage leads directly to a large shopping mall, so you don't have to go outside, which is incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. However, the mall is huge, and popular stores are scattered, so you might feel a bit rushed if you're planning extensive shopping. As an InterContinental property, the hardware facilities are new and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. Overall, the service, location, and amenities were all excellent, making it a perfect last stop in Egypt for travelers with cars and shopping needs.
