"The price of this hotel is very high, at this price, the overall stay experience is really beyond expectations! The location of the hotel is excellent, there are many famous boutiques nearby, there are also many exquisite and beautiful restaurants, it is very convenient to go shopping or foraging. The most amazing thing is that it is located on the cliff, the view is completely unobstructed, and the scenery is particularly magnificent. In terms of the internal environment, the sanitation of the hotel is very good, it is cleaned everywhere, and it is very safe to live. The facilities are also very good and perfect. The fly in the ointment is that the swimming pool is a little smaller, but overall it is still not hidden. Whether you want to enjoy the holiday scenery or the convenient function, this is a great choice, I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"We had a great time and really enjoyed the hotel, even though we had to switch rooms. About half the rooms have been renovated, but there are still some older ones. It wasn't a huge deal, but the newer rooms are definitely much nicer to stay in! The hotel has an excellent pool, so after a long day at the beach or if you're a bit sunburnt, you can relax by the pool and have lunch at their restaurant. The service and food quality were both very good. Everything was delicious, and I can confidently recommend this place! The view is absolutely stunning, like something out of a fairytale! We had a room with a large balcony, which was fantastic!) Breakfast was also excellent, with everything you'd expect and need. A great start to the day with a magnificent view and a cup of cappuccino."

"The hotel front desk staff was very welcoming. As we were the last guests to check in that day, they asked us if we had eaten as soon as we entered the room. They also upgraded us to a sea view room with a balcony for free. The room was large and clean, much better than the photos. Breakfast was a la carte, and some were also available for pick-up. Overall, the experience was very good."

"The room is located 10 minutes walk from the center of Capri (the upper station of the cable car). It is in a big courtyard of a family home. The environment is good. The room is also clean and tidy. Nothing wrong with it. You can squeeze fresh orange juice for breakfast, which is good. The boss/boss lady is very nice. It is worth noting that there is a considerable ups and downs on the way to the upper station of the cable car, which may be tiring if you pull a suitcase. But anyway, such a room on this island is really worth it. If I have the chance, I would like to stay a few more nights"

"The host was very welcoming, introducing sightseeing and restaurant routes. They provided beer, sparkling water, Coca-Cola, and even lemon white chocolate chips. The shower water pressure was exceptionally high. I especially want to mention the bed, pillows, and comforter – they were absolutely amazing! The mattress was just the right firmness, and the comforter was incredibly thick and warm, just like comforters in China, not those thin blankets. Absolutely fantastic! A real gem; I'll definitely book with them again if I go back! The location is also fantastic, very convenient, and great for exploring the surrounding area! Facilities: Excellent Cleanliness: Excellent Environment: Excellent Service: Excellent (Extensive cleaning... I was a little upset that they threw away my mouth ulcer patch as trash)."

"I now want every hotel I stay in to have a small, personalized boutique feel with a cozy, high-end restaurant on the roof overlooking the sea. The service was excellent, and the rooms absolutely lovely. The tiny bar made fantastic drinks, and when we returned to our room after dinner, candles were lit, romantic music was playing, a rose was on the bed...the hotel team knows how to make the stay feel special. It may not have some of the services that a larger hotel can offer (e.g., full-service spas, large fitness centers, multiple restaurants), but I enthusiastically will give up all of that for what a high-end boutique hotel like La Minerva offers--perfection in detail. I've been trying to find hotels closer to home that can replicate the experience--so far no luck! We may just need to wait until next time we can make it back to La Minerva in Capri."

"La Palma Capri is stunning, but security is a serious concern. Cash disappeared from my room and I later learned other guests had the same problem. Staff brushed off concerns, were reluctant to act, and only called police after I pushed. At this level, overlooking guest safety is unacceptable."

"Received a free upgrade on arrival and throughout our stay all staff were attentive and helpful, organising the transport of our luggage to and from the port when needed, as well as arranging a private boat hire on another occasion. Beautiful views from the balcony and a nice pool area playing trendy but unobtrusive tech house music in the afternoons at a volume that provided atmosphere without being disruptive, tasteful selection. Highly recommend."

Everyone was so kind. However, it was a shame that the location is on the exact opposite side of the harbor... and because of that, we had to use a porter service. It was just upsetting to think that paying for a round trip for two people would cost hundreds of thousands of won. (But I couldn't bring myself to carry it myself... it's just too far.)"
