"It was my worst experience. The noise from the other rooms comes through. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bed is made of metal and makes a lot of noise, and the washroom is also quite old, including the tub. It was my absolute worst experience. I will never come back here."

"Bed Bugs!!! Upon arrival late at night, we were happy to be finally able to come to a rest after 14 hours on the road. The first impression was good as everything looked rather modern and still new. Unfortunately, when we checked our mattress for any signs of bed bugs, we found two of them. Alive. They were on the box of the box spring! We immediately left the room and notified the gentlemen at the front desk who weren't surprised at all, it seemed. Thankfully, we were moved to a new room that had no signs of pest, but staying there still made us feel uneasy."

"The location is terrible down town great falls. Drag racing. Reving vehicles. Constant ambulances and police. ******* and drunks and homeless and thieves. I plugged my electric truck in to charge over night and someone stole the cord. The hotel staff was helpful of pulling up the theft on thier camera. The cops showed up and took the (part) of the video but everyone thinks nothing can or will be done. They have a free breakfast. And underground parking. No plugs down there though. The side alley has lots of plugs but never charge there."

"Front Desk Stephanie & Nellie’s exceptional customer service, quick check in experience, attention to details with our requests that have been provided efficiently truly made our stay! The room is immaculate clean, well maintained by the Housekeeping. Jess , room attendant is outstanding, she recommended places to go and things to do in Montana. She should be a concierge ascwell. Very sweet, nice and accommodating. Saturday breakfast server is amazing. Complimentary breakfast is such a bonus in this great property. There’s various selections of foods and all delicious. Overall experience was awesome and we highly recommend the Towneplace Suites Great Falls Hotel by Marriott closer to the Canada border Kudos to this five stellars property! 😍"
