"From the very first moment, we were welcomed with warmth, friendliness, and beautiful smiles. Maria Luisa, Chiara, and Giorgia are truly incredible. Not only stunning and beautiful this girls are, but also genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. Their attitude and guest service skills reflect hospitality at the highest level. The service, without a doubt, is outstanding. Our room was beautiful, extremely comfortable, and wonderfully quiet, facing the inner courtyard. It allowed us to sleep peacefully without any noise at all. The only downside about this room was a noticeable food and grease smell coming from the kitchen located below the room, which reached our space and could be very strong and uncomfortable. I must especially highlight Maria Luisa, who is an absolute angel, just like Giorgia and Chiara. These sweet girls are always helpful and consistently go the extra mile (Chiara) to ensure guests feel cared for and comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect… right in the heart of everything, surrounded by restaurants, boutiques, and shops. It is very clean and easily accessible from the main street. Our room was super comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were absolutely amazing. We will definitely come back the next time we return to Catania. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys dining, shopping, and walking around the city. Thank you for everything, and we wish you continued success. Happy New Year 2026"

"Shame!!! After booking the day before, we show up at 9.30pm and they tell us that the reservation wasn't there because the employee from the day before had forgotten it. What was even more shameful was that despite the fact that we were with two small children, the concierge replied that he couldn't do anything and when asked to at least show us another hotel he told us that he couldn't help us. All this despite the fact that we told him we were there because the child was having surgery the next morning. ABSOLUTELY AVOID."
