The rooms are spacious, they have a zero waste breakfast policy so there is no buffet, but you need to preorder your meal, which is a really cool thing. My room was looking onto the Orce Nikolov street which can get busy, but it was very quiet. The hotel is in Debar Maalo quarter with lots of cafes and restaurants around."
