Once you have booked, you will get access to the home via a smart lock, allowing you to check in at any time. Also, we have plenty of parking available, so there is no need to worry. You will have access to the whole outdoor area designated for this unit as well. Including a picnic bench, outdoor fire pit, BBQ, and patio seating.**Since the home is smaller, we have a smaller onboard water heater. The hot water can run out quicker than expected, so please plan to space your showers accordingly, especially with a larger group. If you take a 10-minute shower, it will almost empty the whole hot water tank. *When booking, remember the current renovations and/or potential noise and/or vendors coming and going. All of the work would be done during normal business hours. Situated on the sunny side of the lake this property boasts both a lakefront deck and large dock with patio furniture. Enjoy incredible views, lakefront amenities and all the comforts of home. There is a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, Kuerig coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glasses, cookware, etc... There is an outside BBQ on the deck as well. The cabin is outfitted with an ultra violet water purification system, Air Conditioning, Heating and an instant hot water heater. The lovely full bath has a shower, sink and toilet. The comfortable sleeping options are as follows: two full size memory foam beds in the bunk, one twin size memory foam trundle bed and one queen size memory foam pull out from the couch. There is a blue tooth sound system with speakers built into the inside of the cabin, outside of cabin and on the deck. The speakers can be turned on and off by zone. There is a TV with DVD player and WIFI available. There are two SUP paddle boards and a two person kayak available for adult guest use. (Jet Skis are not available). *The cabin is cleaned following enhanced cleaning procedures such as sanitizing all touch surfaces and all linens(towels, sheets, pillow cases, blankets and comforters) being professionally laundered by a commercial laundry service after every stay. *The cabin is a delightful and well thought out studio(including the sleeping arrangements) with a private bath.
