Just a little suggestion: You really need to control the “monopoly” of the towels reservation on the pool and beach side. People didn’t even go and leave personal things just to separate places (chairs, beds, tables etc)."

"This hotel has many features to recommend it: a stunning pool, terrific service (Hiciela and Axel in particular at the front desk and restaurant), a tranquil setting, lovely breakfast, and beautiful touches in the building itself. It's an ideal place to get away. One note: it's a good hour from Valle Anton although the mileage makes it seem closer."

"We made a reservation online, and then they raised the price. The day we were to arrive, there were water problems, so they booked us into another hotel and said we would get a discount due to the HUGE inconvenience of moving. The hotel we were booked into was clean, with very nice hostess. The room price online showed as $36. The next day when we arrived, they would not let us in the locked gate until 1PM. At 1PM, they wanted to charge us $117+ for both nights. When we asked why so much they told us it was a discount because they were paying the other hotel $50. It was only a discount from the highest price of $160 for 2 nights here. We decided to leave! Never saw rooms or grounds."
